Ashley was amazing, she waited on us and made suggestions when ask about specials and wine choices. She was very personable, the service was impeccable! Now the food, it started with the most perfect bread (crispy outside, tender inside) and a special butter which changes often. We ask for more, needless to say. The entrees were sooo delicious, we can't wait to come back. Their menu changes every 6-8 weeks. They have several vegetarian dishes. We sat outside in the shade and it was perfect.
We have dined at Osteria G many times and it is always fabulous! The food is delicious, portions more than generous and the service is great! Joe and Ashley have created a warm, inviting, fun restaurant! We love it!
My wife and I came here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, and as soon as we walked in we were treated like family. The service and food were absolutely AMAZING!! Not only is the owner present, he is also waiting on tables and speaking to everyone! I highly recommend eating here. We will definitely be back as many times as possible!!
Fantastic dinning experience! Brought my friends for dinner last night and they loved it. The service and food are 5 star quality.. The Staff can't be anymore accommodating and fun to talk too. The food is fresh and so delicious. I had the calamari that was so tender....the best I've had in a long time! My friends loved everything they ate.:)The homemade pasta is awesome. The owner Joe was so friendly ....came to our table to greet us. Everyone was professional. The restaurant is immaculate. I highly recommend Osteria G.
Beautiful romantic restaurant perfect for a romantic dinner out as well as any other special occasion. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Service is excellent and attentive without being intrusive. Every time we've been here we have had an amazing dining experience. Pasta dishes are excellent, Steaks are perfectly cooked as ordered and flavors are amazing. The meatball Wellington is just incredible.
We visited a year ago with friends and the experience was 4 star. Great food. Nice setting. Staff were not super knowledgeable about their own menu or specials but the food made up for it.We went again just the two of us and same experience. Same server a year later didn’t know his own menu (and it doesn’t change so much because we recognized the dishes). Food wasn’t as good, maybe the chef changed? Very little flexibility with changes requested. Still probably the most authentic Italian food in the area…..
Honestly, if you’re in Raleigh anywhere, this is the place you need to eat. Outstanding menu, perfectly prepared, and an ambiance that is just like being at home. The warm bread and flavored pumpkin butter (flavors change for the season, made daily!) started off the meal right. 4-5 courses later, we literally had to stop before we burst. Don’t miss out!!
Got here at 4pm. Didn’t get my soup until 5pm. Also ordered a drink and my server (Jack) took 20mins to tell me they didn’t have the juice for it and if I wanted something else. Didn’t bother to order entrees either because the server didn’t care to ask. I’m assuming he is new and needs more experience. I honestly can’t tell if it was the kitchen and bartender that was careless OR if it was our server being forgetful. Wouldn’t bother coming back here. We decided to go else where for entrees.
What can i say here...the owners r top notch...the food is made with luv....the sevice is impeccable...make this ur next nite out and u wont be disappointed.....o yea if u dont know wat kind of wine u want .....JOES got u taken care of !!!
Outstanding Italian cuisine. The real thing. Nice to have fine dining in Holly Springs/Fuquay-Varina.
