Again I have a very negative experience at this location. The operating hours are atrocious and google maps says they were open in the morning. It allows me to place my order, I arrive at the location, no lights are on, no one is there, clearly they are closed. The door was even unlocked. I am trying to get a refund but noodles and company doesn’t even allow customers service to be held over the phone. Disappointed once again and will no longer be ordering from this location.
I'm not usually a fan of fast food, but my spouse really wanted to eat at this place, and who is one to deny their sweetie a craving. Well, it was a meal with diverse emotions and points of view. On the one hand, I didn't like what I ordered because it had no flavor (the rigatoni), what my spouse ordered was good. These days ALL places are requesting staff and I want to understand that due to the lack of employees they do not have time to clean the place (let's give them the benefit of the doubt), it is worth mentioning that the girl who took our order (she did not have a badge, so I didn't know her name) was super kind and nice. Another thing that seemed super sad to me and that unfortunately many places do, is that even if you eat in, they give EVERYTHING in plastic containers ??♀️. I personally am a person who is very much in favor of recycling and zero plastics, and the amount of plastic that is generated in these types of restaurants is terrifying! Anyway, I left with a feeling of: what a way to damage our planet, plus I didn't eat well. At least someone did! ?
I have never ordered from Noodles & Company until today. I've always been hesitant because I am gluten sensitive. Just the word 'Noodle' made me think the menu was not all inclusive for different ingredient needs. However, they do have a gluten sensitive mac and cheese. The noodles in it-you would have never expected to be gluten free. It is marked as 'gluten sensitive' and NOT 'gluten free', I would assume because there are other items being prepped that do contain gluten on site. By far the best GS mac and cheese I have ever had. I added the parmesan crusted chicken to the mac. Match made in heaven. Also, the fountain drinks had a perfect ratio of carbonation and syrup. That can sometimes be difficult to find. Anyway, absolutely would recommend. Will be ordering again. Would have posted a photo of the mac but I couldn't stop eating.
Terrible food and I used to love noodles and company and I was asked to count my change to make sure it was correct because the cashier was not sure. Was not greeted when walking in and just not a good experience at all. I have re tried this location several times to see if it was a bad day and everytime I leave disappointed. I won't be back.
The workers were kind, but unfortunately we were ignored for the first 5 minutes upon entering. The girl preparing our food did not use gloves and was wearing her face mask on her chin. I ordered a pasta with no veggies and my boyfriend ordered a pasta with chicken. My pasta came with veggies and his pasta didn’t have any chicken. We love noodles and company but most likely won’t be coming back. I want to know that my food is being prepared in a clean environment and that workers are taking the proper precautions to protect themselves and customers.
I can't speak to the management or staff as we ordered as a pick up. The 2 star rating is honestly for Noodles and Company as a whole. The only way I can describe this pasta is...uninspired and generic.Support your local Italian restaurants.
Removed pot stickers and BBQ Mac and cheese from their menu. Spend twenty minutes ordering online standing in the lobby instead of thirty seconds talking to a person, seems they don't have any one competent or trustworthy enough to take orders and handle money, so they push you off onto a clunky internet based ordering site. Wouldn't recommend at all.
I would give you a zero but it’s not an option. I’m so disappointed in your service that I would never return to this location. Honestly, you knew when youpackaged my order that it was burnt and yet instead of remaking it you bagged it up and sent me on my way. Thanks!!! I work two jobs and this was supposed to be my dinner. I guess I’ll eat at 11 pm when I get home ?
The manger here is FABULOUS!!!! She is the sweetest and has the best staff working with her! Not only helping me out but also helping her staff! Will come back!
Most of the days its either closed or closes at 7 pm. Only online orders and no orders after 6 PM. I don't know how they are still running. They need to shutdown
