I have been going to Michaelangelos for 14 years and it grieves me to say this, but the quality of the food and service has drastically decreased. I am not sure what is going on, but they need to get it together. The hours do keep changing, the soda machine is constantly on the fritz, the place seems less clean, the pizza tastes bland now when it once was one of my favorite pizzas… Why? What has happened? I just tried to go there because I wanted some pizza and it is close to my house and it is closed. On a FRIDAY AFTERNOON with tons of people trying to get lunch over here. That does not seem very wise. If they are short-staffed, it still seems better to open with a lot of signs stating that and asking for patience than to close completely.

Ordered a small pizza and garlic knots. Pizza was good with a tasty crust. I thought the pizza was sufficiently topped and the garlic sauce with the knots was appetizing. Thought it was a fair price, good service, friendly staff.

Good pizza, the cheese is excellent!

Good pizza, but pretty sketchy business practices under new management. Tried to pick up pizza twice within the same week and hours were different from the posted hours on both occasions. I posted on their Facebook page the first time and someone from the shop replied that they should update their phone line with the current hours (they still haven't as of today). I was going to amend that post with the newer hours but the comment was deleted from their page, so the only way to know their hours is to drive there and see if there's a sign on the door. Mask sign seems unnecessary, but take that as you will. Currently more hassle than it's worth to get pizza from here, plenty of other places nearby that are more consistent.EDIT: Owner has posted the response "Phones are a thing too". Note that the restaurant has no answering machine, so there's no way to learn the current hours unless you happen to call when the place is open, which can be challenging to do if you don't know the hours.

Their “large” pizza was maybe a medium at other restaurants. The quality of the pizza is maybe a step up from a store bought frozen pizza. Being from NY I have high expectations of what a take out pizza is and this was NOWHERE close to those who expectations. Also ordered garlic knots, which were dry and sprinkled with garlic powder. Garlic knots should served in Olive oil and fresh garlic. These again felt like something go out of the grocers freezer. Never again.

The large two topping pizza was an alright deal but they really skimped on the toppings, and it just tasted like dominoes. The cannoli had huge gaps in the middle with no filling. Seems like they're more interested in saving a couple bucks than actually making a satisfying product.

Pizza was great. Fountain was out of a lot of things so the selection was pretty limited. The silverware didn't look very clean but it's pizza so we didn't use it.

Great tasting and affordable thin crust pizza.

Service and pizza we're both good. The reason for the low rating is the dirty kitchen and the awfully disgusting sanitation score of 87.5. I should have taken a picture. It will be a while before we return.

Great food and go above and beyond service would highly recommend.
