Never been to a worse McDonald’s, waited 40 minutes for a double cheeseburger and fries while another lady’s waited 30 for one fountain drink

While this location started out as a dependable location, it's consistency and customer service has decline over the the past few months. Today I sat in the Curbside pickup space waiting for my food. Nearly 20 minutes later, no sign of my order. I called and let someone know how long I had been sitting to which the reply was they'll be right out. As for order consistency they almost always forget the dipping sauce for nuggets and straws for drinks. This time it was also the wrong drinks.Word of caution for anyone ordering either through drive-thru or curbside pickup, CHECK YOUR ORDER when they hand it to you.

One of the nicer McDonald's that I've visited. What really stood out to me above other locations was the staff. Friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond

I love the new McDonald's in Apex. The food always tastes so fresh and the staff is always friendly and courteous. Inside is very clean and or never is a long wait. As well the drive-thru is always speedy and the food is always fresh.

Very rude employee at the 1st window/early morning. Lady with multi colored eye shadowI provide the mobile app code at the speaker, and she says, “Pull around.” I get to the speaker and she gives me a total. I tell her that it’s already been paid for via mobile app. She says in a snarky way, “you were supposed to give me the code at the speaker.” I responded with I did provide the code. She realizes that she’s mistaken, but doesn’t bother to apologize, just says, “ok” and hands me the receipt.Maybe she didn’t have enough coffee this morning, but her attitude was very off putting.

I don't often do reviews but I ordered two drinks, one an iced coffee, as a curbside order. After 10 minutes I went inside only to discover the lady that was supposed to make my iced coffee didn't know how and had to ask for help. One of the older gentlemen, looked manager because he was in a collared shirt, cussed at her for not knowing what to do within earshot of me. I do not plan on going back to this location.

I will never and I repeat never order food from hear again you couldn’t hear the person speaking that takes the orders they can’t even ring up an order right we ordered two crunchy doubles as a meal as a large they was supposed to be large they were a medium gave us a fish sandwich witch was supposed to be one of the crunchy doubles also that was incorrect but yet the manager acted like they didn’t no anything said that they didn’t do that but it obviously shows they do it as a meal on the app

Food was cold & my kids had hair in their fries, very disgusting and disappointing. Also, the older lady who works the first window in the mornings/mid afternoon can be very rude.

First time I've been at this location. I should have noticed her name, but the woman working the register and the dining room was outstandingly friendly. (Monday 12/27 around 1pm) A very welcome attitude where some fast food employees seem to be anywhere but work. The food was what you'd expect at a McDonald's.

This place only got two stars because the morning crew is the best. I can always get a fresh breakfast and my order is right. BUT the evening crew really really SUCKS! Always get cold and old food!! It is the SORRIEST service EVER!! They can't count either! Ordered a 20 piece nugget and only got 16!!! Ridiculous!
