So I've spent 3 decades ordering delivery pizzas. My friends and I used to negotiate with the local folks back in the day to give you some background as to where I'm coming from with this review. I've also lived in Apex for 11 years. While this isn't the #1 pizza place in the area by any stretch, this is by far the BEST quick delivery location that our side of town has been waiting for. Delivery to my home is so fast, I don't know what's going on. I literally hit enter on the app and 7 minutes later the Marco's angels are dropping pizza at my door and running to the next location. The pizza is HOT, fresh, delicious and questioning my decades long love for Dominos when I'm in a vodka infused stupor. This place is legit. Do yourself a favor: when you're several beverages in, order from this place. You won't be disappointed.

Normally Marcos at Publix Pointe is great, however the last three orders I’ve had have been incomplete and not done correctly. Besides that when I call the store about my incorrect order the manager is out or the phone isn’t answered. Very frustrating to pay for items and then not get them and have no recourse to get a credit or them fix their mistakes.

Order is always right and pizza is good for a chain. Carryout is fast but delivery always the slowest I've ever seen, minimum of an hour.

Ordered to go many times and does not disappoint. Great pizza at a great price.

It's okay pizza for the cost. As far as the big pizza chain stores go, Marcos is better than the other big players: Papa Johns, Dominos, Pizza Hut. We've had their pizza many times and the crust is consistent in every order (see below for details). Their pizza is bland if ordering just a cheese pizza. I do like the flavor of their pepperoni. But without the pepperoni to add the flavor, I find their sauce quite bland. Dominos has a better sauce if you don't like bland sauces. They use canned mushrooms, not fresh. IMHO, that's one of the indicators of the quality of toppings a pizzeria offers. But given this is a low cost pizza provider, it's probably expected.Marcos offers flavored crusts. Again, we've ordered here a lot. My wife jokes about how she can never taste the flavor on the crust. In our most recent order she requested triple garlic crust. But we couldn't taste any garlic in the crust. We don't think they bother to add the flavor to the crust. My one complaint is they don't spread the cheese out wide enough on the crust. So while the diameter of a pizza may be 14" (for example), the diameter of where the cheese is spread is closer to 11", giving this very wide crust around the perimeter. If you have kids that don't eat their pizza crust, it really is a waste of food. It's as if the pizzas are a size smaller than what we ordered. The crust is probably the lowest cost ingredient to make the pizza. So maybe they're just saving money.

Called Jay at Marco's Apex (Kelly Road) to order 17 pizzas. I told him exactly what we needed and when we needed them. Everything was ready and "HOT". Thanks Jay. Our business will definitely use you again. Audi Cary

What a nasty bbq chicken pizza!!! You should have called it a freaking onion pizza! No one can be that dumb to put that many onions on a pizza!

First and foremost! STEVE/STEVEN is EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL IF THEY SEND HIM TO YOUR HOUSE and you don’t tip he is going to flip out and curse you out! His customer service is extremely poor! I think he is mentally unstable or either he is mad because he only makes 10 cents an hour whatever the case maybe he doesn't have the right to curse, stomp and get upset because he isn’t tipped!! Also i will be calling corporate

Ordered 9 XL pizzas before opening. They arrived hot, not soggy, and were very good quality. I put the order in at opening (11) and pizza arrived by 1230. Some of the negative reviews made me nervous but this place is good. Would not hesitate to order from them again.

Called to place an order after seeing commercial on TV, web and app for 2-topping Lg pizza for $8.99.Girl that answered says, "sorry, we don't honor that offer." I asked them if they typically choose not to honor the promotions that the corporate chain does. She said no, but that they offer a medium for $8.99. I wonder how much money the franchise owner saves with this cheapskate way of running a business when people like me decide to take their business elsewhere as a result.Cary, Morrisville and Holly Springs all honor this offer. What's up Apex??Update: After the auto reply to a poor review asking me to fill out a form to let them know how poor their service and policies are I received nothing. But suddenly they do honor the coupon code so perhaps someone told them to get with the program.
