The famous bow was zest and hot. I enjoyed it.... They serve your meal really fast.. racing and punching that clock.
this review is based upon my last 3 visits. I've ordered biscuits along with my chicken, and both times they've forgotten to include them. I didn't want to drive back to ask for biscuits both times, because I was just ready to eat. Tonight, I created an online order, for pick up at 8pm, and they didn't have any more dark crispy chicken. As I'm waiting for my order, several other customers came in complaining about missed items in the drive through order. Get it together KFC!!!
This chicken was really gross! It was too oily and definitely not crispy! The service was bad too!
These guys have consistently done an amazing job throughout the pandemic. Even when short staffed. Tonight, they were in point when I called ahead to get 32 piece of all dark crispy. Was ready right when they said it would be and done with a smile. Great job!
Delicious. I asked for the chicken tenders box. With macaroni and cheese. Over all it was good but.. Doesn’t it come with fries? (i love the fries)
Sometimes we don't know what we're looking for until it finds us. This was the case on Tuesday, February 8th. It was the coldest day of the year, and it was the darkest hour of the day. As I pondered the fate of a nation divided and a world gone mad I pulled into the Kentucky Fried Chicken drive-thru. It took a while, but finally I heard the voice that would brighten my day and change my life. The man inside cheerfully took my order and handed me the food that would nourish my family. He had a friendly voice, and he was remarkably upbeat. He gave me the strength to carry on. And, that was what I needed. I went there for chicken, and I left with a renewed sense of purpose in life and a new hope for humanity. Sometimes in life all we need is to hear is a friendly and encouraging voice.Also, the chicken was good, but the biscuits were pretty hard. I microwaved them wrapped in a damp paper towel. The dining room was closed so the drive-thru was my only option.
Multiple occasions of bad customer service. One time had me waiting to order for 5 minutes when there was no any other cars in the drive through. The experiences I have has made me not go to any KFC.
Ordered on app . Payment was deducted . The store easily turned us away saying we are out of sandwiches and deal with customer care to get refund . Pathetic service and attitude .
Old hard brown corn in my bowl, also apparently they don’t have butter packets anymore. Long wait, but that’s to be expected anywhere now.
This location served me a chicken tender that was almost inedible. Poor management and customer service.
