Normally great staff and quality subs, but latest time I sent someone in to get a sub Mike's Way and worker said that does not include onions. It does though so now I have a sub without onions. Just put a sign up with what Mike's way means so both customers and employees know.
Generous sandwiches..staff seemed a little stand offish , not overly friendly.I guess they are not paid well.Place is very clean and tidy, food was fresh.
Great staff, solid fare.Came here with my daughter to grab a quick bite. It was bumping but the staff kept it going fast.Had a great experience getting sandwich made to order/dining.
If you look at the crew behind the counter every station is man by people who take pride in their work and the product reflects the care in preparation of that sandwich every bite. For subs hands down they are the best.

Like any typical app with ANY fast food app, they always get it wrong. You pay more “adding” things like bacon especially, and ya just never get it. Between the 3 young guys standing behind the counter on August 23rd at 7:30pm (manager that’s a clue to see who was “working”) but you’d think ONE of them would see +add bacon CUSTOMER DID PAY FOR IT!
A small turkey sandwich with a soda is $10.70 is much. The bread child be more appealing if toasted.
Made pickup order. Arrived at selected pickup time, sandwich wasn't ready. Watched a couple of lines worth of people go through and get their sandwiches from the counter.Told the cashier I was waiting for my pickup order and gave them my name. Sat down and watched a few more lines go through. Still no order.Went back in, gave my name again, waited, still no order.Eventually had to stand in line myself to get the people behind the counter to make my sandwiches. All told the process took about a half hour, when it was supposed to take fifteen seconds.And then when I got home, they really weren't as delicious as I was hoping.Next time I'm going somewhere else. It's a lot easier to get sandwiches from Jimmy John's, Firehouse Subs or Subway.
Had a craving for a tuna sub. Everything tasted good, I was just a bit disappointed on the amount of tuna in the sandwich.
Love this establishment, I've never had a bad experience at a Jersey Mike's.
