First time in the Jordan Lake area and this Hardee’s was right down the road and it was a good place to eat. Went both 2 days we stayed and got coffee and some other food. This Hardee’s is special cause it’s like a cook out style building where it’s walk up or drive thru which is convenient. Very affordable and great place to eat
I didn't get breakfast this morning because my waffles burned. I decided to stop at this Hardee's to get a nice warm breakfast to power me through the day. Nobody came to the window to take my order... Last time I'll ever stop at a Hardee's.
Slowest and rudest staff. Needs to be retrained and doesn't take pride in their work. Staff acts angry every time you go there. Stopped there a few times and decided to stop today. A few moments does not mean 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of you. This isn't a one time thing but a multiple times thing. Go to the refuel across the street as you will get what you need even with a long line and with a far more friendly staff.
It was ok. They close food production early so no chicken products. The staff continued to scream about how they hate customers. I knew it was the frustration of the line 15 minutes before closure. My onion rings were hot and fresh but everything else was cold.
The fries were ok but the burgers were tasteless. The buns are so thick, each bite tastes like a mouthful of processed bread. The drive through was extremely slow.
Ok for a quick snack when blood sugar is dropping. Always check toppings for spoilage and bread for mold before you eat. Tomatoes are hard and not ripe today, but maybe that was all they had. Slimy and starting to rotting lettuce on this trip.
Ordered a Frisco on 3 different occasions and each time it was freshly made & seasoned perfectly. Young man at the drive thru was very professional and friendly. No complaints
My husband and I don't eat fast food a whole lot because we generally cook at home.But we were on our way back home and had a 2.5-hour drive ahead of us, and we were pretty hungry because our lunch had worn off.This Hardee's appeared to be a brand new establishment.The young man who took our order was very helpful and SUPER friendly.I really appreciate the fact that the food was made to order because we received food that was fresh and piping hot.Nobody wants food that's been sitting under a heat lamp and is prepackaged to help reduce wait time.Many establishments are short staffed due to COVID-19, and the wait times have been increased, BUT my husband and I choose to wait patiently if it means our order will be made fresh and comes to us hot.Stop by this Hardee's. You will appreciate the good hot food and excellent customer service here.
Arrived to the camp ground late so this was the closest option for us. I should of listened to the reviews (2.5).They got the order 100% correct but the food and shakes had no taste. It wasn't bad tasting just, blah. The shakes had no flavor, and fries were cold.There is no dining in at this location.
This Hardee's take out is excellent. Food order is correct, fast and coupons handled perfectly. Service is friendly and polite.
