Great Subs try the Italian all the way larg very delicious
I ate here before, and the service was good. When I was standing in line to place my order, the family that was standing in front of me was trying to figure out what to order, which I wasn't aware of. So, the guy that was taking the order asked me was I ready to order, and he thought that was so funny that I just didn't go in front of them and order. I am just a considerate person when someone is in front of me. Maybe the guy wasn't aware of it, but it came across to me as rude. It will be a long time before I go or ever.
I love Subway, but the food at this location is delicious! Staff is very friendly and the store was clean.
Good food, people, and prices. The bread was warm and perfectly toasted. The meat was warm and plentiful. The brownie was the best I have ever eaten outside of my own oven. ? Loved the decor.

Ordered online. My cookie wasn’t placed in the bag and I realized it when I got home. Called the store where the manager told me I could come all the way back for it (in the freezing January weather). Didn’t seem to care much and blamed me for not picking it up myself. How was I supposed to know I need to collect the rest of my items myself? I asked to just refund me the missing item and she claimed she couldn’t do that either because it was an “online order.” I like that they have gluten free bread options for my family otherwise this would be less stars for how the woman could have not cared less based on her attitude! (She had an accent but never told me her name).
Firehouse is one of my favorite sandwich chains. This particular restaurant always delivers quality sandwiches. Staff is, always, friendly. Highly recommended.
As soon as we walked in, all 8 of us as a family we’re here to celebrate one of my sisters 13th birthday because she really wanted to eat here, we were greeted with sighs and eye rolls, I don’t know where the attitude came from but it definitely ruined our experience. I believe it was the blue eyed manager who took our orders and seemed to be hating his life and projecting it towards us. We were trying to understand why but after taking our orders, he was all giddy and singing while working, is it us he hates? We don’t know. I hope he doesn’t treat anybody else like how he did. If you don’t like your job and can’t be good at it. Work somewhere else.
