Little things:Forgot to put straws in the bag with a two coffee orderBig things:930 on a Sunday morning and the coffee rolls were very stale, seemed a day at least old. Donut seemed fresh but had a strange taste.Last visit here. I'd rather pre packaged for a quick breakfast.

Went on Mother’s Day morning. All the employees were fantastic. Super busy as expected but they were killing it! Y’all are awesome. Side note, thank you to the two dads who caught my coffees that fell out of my drink carrier.

Drive thru was fast but I’ll wait gladly for good service… this was the worst iced coffee. I didn’t think you could mess up a hazelnut iced coffee with regular cream and double sugar, But here’s a pic of this watered down, barely flavored coffee they gave me. I wish I would’ve tasted before driving off.

Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, waited, and it was cold as ice when I unwrapped it, which was within minutes. The Boston Cream donuts had hardly any custard, though the coffee was good, I will not be revisiting. The experience was disappointing.

I have been coming to this particular DD for about 2 years. It's a hit an miss on them JUST to get ur coffee like u ask. Nothing complicated by no means. I have wasted 35.00 here in the past 2 weeks. Today being the last. I'm going somewhere else. Been loyal to DD for years but tired of the sloppiness and the oh...I'm sorry but yet don't try to fix it. Between me and my daughter's we spend about 100.00 easy a week just on coffee and an occasional bagel they can miss me with that.

Very disappointed and hope someone reaches out. Ordered two coffees. One was completely lukewarm and undrinkable (Midnight dark roast). The second was extremely sour and bitter (winter blend) and undrinkable. I've been a Dunkin customer for 20 years and this is the worst coffee I've ever had. I took these to go so I didn't have time to drive back and get replacements. Hope a manager responds with some kind of concession or else I will not return.Tue, Jan 18, 2022 morning

This location is so much better than the one I used to go to! The staff is friendly, they recommend new items I may not have thought to try, and I love the cute little box you get for a single donut. :-) The donut remains pristine during travel.

I went here twice, two days in a row. The first day they were closed even though it was a full two hours before their stated closing time. Fine. (Pandemic, shortage of workers, whatever).I went back the next day around 3pm. They had two types of donut available (chocolate cake & something strawberry). The shelves were empty and there was no plan to fill the shelves any time soon. Seems like a donut shop should have donuts. They were busy with drink orders so I guess that’s what they do in the afternoon after the rush at breakfast time.I was disappointed to say the least.

Worst experience in a long time. Ordered mobile and app said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Ordered 2 coffees and a hot chocolate, along with bacon and hash browns. Got there 10 minutes later, bacon and hash browns were on counter, waited 30 minutes for the drinks (as were a lot of other agitated customers). There were at least 6 employees there including a young lady who appeared to be the manager. It was very unorganized and not a pleasant experience to say the least. Also I witnessed an employee with gloves operate a register, touch tables and touch other surfaces then grab donuts and bag them for customers, yuck. No one looked qualified to be in charge of that chaos and they couldn't even make decent hot chocolate.

Arrived at 7pm and the lights were on but the door was locked up tight. Tried to go through the drive thru and no one came on the speaker. I would recommend updating hours of operations information.
