Definitely the worst of all chains in this area. If you try to order through the app it returns a bunch of erros; if you try to to call the call drops; and if you try to walk-in, they will lock the store and completely ignore you, even if the sign says open until 1am offering curbside pickup. Oh, and they will laugh at you or hide in the corner if you knock on the door. Seriously don’t know how business like these still exist.
I have never seen a business that doesn't want your business. They don't pick up calls and ignore you. They are terribly understaffed. Do yourself a favor and order at another pizza chain. Do not place an online order for a pickup at this location, they will only prepare it once you enter the store which doesn't make any sense.
Always on time and perfect handover. I like the selection and the coupon deals makes it as easy choice. Very responsive if they make a mistake which can be easy to do
What is the purpose of having the 2min car pickup guarantee if it can just be shut off and ignored? The pizza was marked as ready and the timer stopped within seconds. Pizza was actually delivered 6min later.It's not that big of a deal that I had to wait 6min, but if a system exists and is advertised as being able to give out a free pizza if it's not delivered in time, then why make it so easy to cheat?
Just got a large order of pizzas for a birthday party, only 2 people working. Kyle was working his butt off getting pizzas ready. They were definitely understaffed but the pizzas were great, on time and the two guys working were extremely extremely nice. Even due to the workload they had.
I have had bad experiences with this place. It used to be good when it first opened and now it has gone downhill. One time I ended up cancelling my order. My latest issue is how they "cheat" the pizza timer for 2 minutes delivery. When I ordered a pizza and went to the parking lot and started the timer at 8:38PM. they stopped the timer after 16 seconds. Nobody showed up with my order. After almost over 4 minutes, someone showed up with my order. I took a screen capture to show when the timer was started, when it was stopped and the current time on my phone. Dominos store Stop cheating!
After 45 mins the tracker said pizza was delivered (it wasn’t). Called to verify and automated message said pizza was delivered and after reaching an actual person they could not tell us if the pizza was delivered or would be delivered, but if not delivered in 15 mins we would get a refund (tracker was useless basically as was the automated message and human being at the store). Pizza arrived 10 mins after phone call…cold (not warm, cold) and flat from having 8 other orders stacked on it for a 30 plus min car ride.This store is suffering from some unfortunate growing pains or other issues and I do sympathize with how Covid has affected small business, but the product sucked, the service sucked, and the chances of us using this store again is zero.
Good pizza and available quick (usually less than 15 mins)Had always picked up and had good experience.Tried the “carside” delivery - supposedly 2 mins wait at my parking lot turned to 10-15 mins. Better to just go in and pick up.

if you want cold pizza when it eventually arrives and missing parts of your order then you should definitely order from the Domino's in Apex NC. And don't bother trying to get the store to answer the phone. Save yourself the time and just dispute the charge on your credit card.
