Waited over 2 hours for an order for it to be canceled with no contact from the store. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place at all costs.

The store is not doing well, orders take hours upon hours to arrive if even get there. Last pizza was not even cooked fully and now its been over 2 hours and still on prep. I would highly recommend using your money else where as this store is a let down.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Numerous messed up orders never once right.Today spent over an hour and half waiting for my food to be even baked. No answer while being on hold for 30+ minutes.If you are so understaffed you cannot properly function you shouldn’t open in the first placed.Since they were still offering delivery I ordered delivery. After this long 1.5 hour wait I went to the store to see where my order was. Come to find out there are NO delivery drivers, yet this was no where said upon ordering. The ONE person in the store stated he would either only make our order (didn’t offer any compensation for the long wait I had) or a refund.If you want a good quick pizza DO NOT ORDER IT FROM HERE! Far better options in the area!

Do not order from this place. It will take 2+ hours and no one will answer the phone when you call to ask where your food is. We ordered Dominos Friday and it took almost 2 1/2 hours. When it came it was cold and tasted like fish. We threw it away because they wouldn't answer so that we could cancel the order. We tried Papa Johns and that came in under 35 min was was super great. There's tons of great options, go with another place.

This Dominos is not going to survive. I’m not sure what happend and if there was a change in management but they went from delivering within 35 min to delivering around 2 1/2 hours. There is NO customer service. After an hour in the “prep stage” which I saw via the tracker I started calling Doninos to which I couldn’t even get ahold of anyone. I called 3-4 times with the longest time waiting to try and talk to an employee at 45 min and no one answered. We started looking at reviews because we were baffled that no one was answering just to see loads of other people waiting 2-4 hours and not being able to get ahold of anyone on the phone. After waiting two hours I tried calling again to cancel my order. We were hungry so we just made other food. I couldn’t even get through to cancel my order. The pizza came 2 1/2 hours after we ordered. I couldn’t get through to anyone to cancel so I am going to dispute the charge with my bank. The customer service isn’t bad because it’s non existing, no one answers the phone. DO NOT order from here.

Absolutely jaw droppingly bad customer service. No way to order over the phone and refuse to deliver to addresses within 2 miles of the store front despite claiming they do. If you are so fortunate as to get in contact with an actual person, they are blatantly rude. This restaurant has despicable service and on top of that once you are FINALLY able to obtain food from them it is repulsive and made me sick to my stomach. A horrible franchise through and through.

I understand the reluctance to spend money to hire more employees, but I am still waiting on a pizza ordered three hours ago to leave the 'prep' phase of the online tracker. Any attempt to call the store has been met with a looped advertisement answering machine. Highly recommend another establishment for delivery, hope that pickup is a better experience.Edit: 4 hours, still having no answer when calls have been attemptedAfter no contact, the order was cancelled. Delivery normally takes 90+ minutes lately. Tried calling store to get status or cancel order 2 hours after ordering and was on hold 45 minutes without anyone ever answering phone.Update: Ordered over 3 hours ago, still only showing being prepped. Have been on hold 1 hour trying to cancel order with no answer. BTW, Domino’s should remove the recording “someone will be with you shortly”!Update #2: Ordered over 4 hours ago, still on hold for an 1hour 45 minutes trying to cancel order, with still no answer.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Was told 20-30 minutes for delivery. Now at 60 minutes and tracker still in PREP stage. Called to get an update and have been on hold for 14 minutes without speaking to anyone. Guess I'll feed my family something else.Update: 90 mins since pizza was ordered, still in PREP. Stayed on phone queue for 30 mins to cancel my order. Never connected with anyone.Final update: Pizza ordered at 5:37, lukewarm pizza delivered at 8:58. Waited on hold for another 30 mins trying to cancel prior to pizza being cooked but no luck.

Fast and ready pick up. Great customer service.
