It was a funny bunny experience…I gave it a three star rating for the fun of it…?

We went to DQ for a blizzard and 2 pup cups. Ordered everything without issue - We then received our Blizzard and were told we couldn't get the pup cups because our dogs (who were back at our office .5 miles away) weren't in the car with us. We have had to pay for these in the past, so why was I turned away for a literal taste of vanilla ice cream that I was willing to pay for? Upon eating the blizzard, it wasn't even blended starting in the middle to the bottom. We were warned not to come here due to the staff being arrogant, but we wanted a late afternoon snack and a reward for our pups being good girls all day. Guess we won't be back!

Normally DQ is great, but the lady working the cash register today was rude. I ordered a 4 strip chicken basket and wanted to sub the drink out for a blizzard. Well the price has gone up to $12 to do that as one meal. I asked the price break down and it's now $9 for the 4 strip basket with a drink and an additional almost $2.50 on top of that to sub for a blizzard. Might as well gotten the meal without the drink for like $7 and then ordered the small blizzard separate for a ~$10 total. She could have helped me out rather than roll her eyes at me when I asked. The prices are getting ridiculous! Might be a while before I come back.

Restaurant was dirty, employees do not use gloves when touching the food with hands. I saw how my Ice cream was made and took off the top portion with his finger like it was nothing. Saw one woman putting food from freezer with her hands no gloves to put in the microwave. Floors dirty gas station employees walking in just taking food from the back like nothing. Disturbing to me.

I honestly wish I could rate this location negative stars.. You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream.. That slogan is full of joy and fun food. At least I did get screamed at here. I pulled to the drive through and asked was this location still doing ice cream cakes. They were closed in the lobby so I figured I would be considerate and ask... she was very condescending. And attempted to make me feel stupid for asking that question.. I ignored it and proceeded with my order. There wasn't any flavors on the outside menu that the cakes came in. Once again I must have been a giant inconvenience for her because with the same tone, verbiage and mannerisms she was rude for the 2nd time. It was my wife's birthday and she loves ice-cream cakes.. so once again Ignored it. "IS THAT ALL " WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT" yikes.. "yes ma'am can I have a cheese burger with no pickles please" she responds "30 something so I drove to the window.. there was a car in front of me so I had time to think about this situation.. I pulled to the window and asked her to cancel my order. She uttered something sarcastic and I drove off. Went to ColdStones got an oreo cake and continued with my day..Not saying that this location represents all dairy queens but having this young lady in one of your managerial roles tarnishes the DQ brand.Either that or I was just a inconvenience. If that's the case I apologize. Next.time I'll look online or ask someone what kinda ice-cream cakes they have.

The food quality was horrible the chicken strips look more like chicken nuggets, 15 French fries did not justify the 10.00 they charged me for the meal. This the second time with our meals being served like this.

Unfortunately they were closed early due to lack of staffing. I was so looking forward to a blizzard. But looking thru the door drooling? I could see it is a nice clean place

Maybe next time you close the drive thru and block it with a work van put a cone down at the drive thru entrance? Would be a kindness to your customers not to have back out of the drive thru.

Tried to order something I've ordered multiple times without any issue. This time however, the worker started arguing about what I was ordering and was very rude. I asked to speak with the manager and she responded she was the manager. Not at all impressed with her attitude; I did not expect a cold shoulder along with my frozen treat. The food is good as always, but Dairy Queen needs to ensure worker attitude is improved to meet the high standards of the food.

Today I decided to stop by and treat my son for all of his hardworking at school and being a champ adjusting to type 1 diabetes. We went online and looked up the carbs for the ice cream he wanted, did the math and dosed his insulin right before walking in to Dairy Queen. (I also just so happened to be driving my other sons wheelchair accessible van, a ford transit XLT Mid-roof which is really tall. Having just gotten this van we are unsure of where it fits and it is very tall, so I didn't think we would fit in the drive thru) As we go to walk into Dairy Queen the doors are locked, there is only a sign stating the lobby hours daily and they're all "closed" and it is not something you could read without having walked to the doors. We go inside the gas station to try and get someones attention through the divider, and I end up calling(no biggie, yet) and I explain what was going on, and asked them to help us since he's already taken his insulin, lesson learned here, and if he does not get what we took it for he could literally, no exaggeration, die. The person places me on hold, and then comes back and says that the manage has told me to go stand in the drive thru line. Like excuse me?!?!?!?!? First, that is not safe, 2nd this is an extenuating circumstance. So here I am standing in line between cars worried about being seen, worried how they will actually know that I am at the speaker as I am not quite heavy enough to set off the sensor to alert them, AND meanwhile my sons blood sugar having started out at 87 is now dipping fast. As I am standing like a freaking idiot in the drive thru line I am also google how tall my van is, doing the math, hoping they accounted for the tires etc. in measuring its height. The van BARELY fits, so I run back to the van hop in and get in line, all while my sons blood sugar is dropping. When someone tells you this sort of thing Dairy Queen manager, your first response should ALWAYS be, "OF COURSE WE CAN HELP YOU!!!" I would have tipped really well, I would have totally been like, just keep the change from that 20$ bill for the two ice creams for going above and beyond to help us AND left a glowing review. Instead, you got no tip, lost at least one customer, and are getting this downright honest review of your HORRIBLE customer service and understanding.
