Literally ripped off. Nor me or my cousin got nothing of what we ordered. We’re given mostly fat instead of meat, got the complete opposite of what we ordered. Food was the absolute worst. Even sonic would’ve toppled this… Do not recommend from ordering from here. Save yourself.
I’ve been to this location multiple times and never had a great experience. Tonight I did an online order and when I got home I saw that they forgot to put the meat in my burrito bowl. I checked the receipt and it definitely said that I ordered chicken but somehow they just forgot to add it? Frustrating. Every time I go to this location, it is dirty and messy and the service is always pretty bad. The workers look like they’re having a terrible time and are never even slightly friendly. I think this chipotle needs a change of management.
Good for as always, consistent across Chipotle's everywhere. They need to sharpen their lettuce cutting knives as we had big chunks connected to each other including the bottom part. Not a big deal, but harder to eat when in a hurry. Small space with not much seating. Minor things. Still a good experience.
Like everyone else, place is disgustingly filthy, employees have chin diapers, and my ten dollar burrito was an inch thick and no meat in sight. Contacted corporate and they said they would email the location to do better. Not even a mention of a refund. Seeing these reviews for a year means corporate don't care. They need to close this location.
I should have just walked out when I considered it after waiting in line alone with 6 employees acting as if I was invisible for about 8 minutes. Been here a ton in the past but its been a while. Will not go back. The employees don't want to work. The place is a wreck. They are serving less than usual bc they clearly don't want to have to prepare the food for the line. I tried to pay a $14 order with a $20 bill and he said, "I don't have change for that, is that ok?" ? what? No it isn't ok. Was informed after I paid for a drink and approached the counter again, there was no ice. They only had spoons available. I supposedly got the last small bag of chips after I had to go back in and get them. None of the trashcans had bags. Most of the employees who were "working" had their mask on their chin or with their nose exposed. I'm sorry but that's worse than just not wearing one to me. Oh yeah, and the chicken was charred so bad, I could barely chew it. I know this is not chipotles standard. Yall want to be paid more for doing less, get a grip.
This is a kids quesadilla with no cheese. Who does that? Twice in a row they’ve forgotten the cheese for the quesadilla and the brown rice is only half cooked.
Won't be ordering again from this location, especially a delivery. I believe they use door dash to deliver. I had a order for 4 bowls and the delivery guy brought only 3. Also salsa on the side was missing. When I asked delivery guy about missing bowl, he basically said call chipotle. This location does not pick up the phone. I tried to use help link in the chipotle app, totally useless bot responding to your message. It told me he is sending a coupon for missing bowl. Ridiculous.The 3 bowls delivered were ice cold, felt like delivered bowl kept in icebox.Will not order again.
They’ve forgotten the cheese for the kids quesadilla twice in a row. Kind of hilarious. Who does that?
We ordered a catering meal and we were given such small portions (the same amount of meat for 20 people as when we ordered 10 days previously for 10 people). It was so little meat and cheese that we ran out with only 16 people (and 8 of them were children!) On top of that, the manager refused to include chips even though that is clearly stated as included in the meal we purchased. Chipotle corporate offered to refund $25 of $225 paid. It doesn’t appear that they care about their customers.
