This Chick Fil A is awesome! I ordered to go this morning from the mobile app to pickup inside, and my food was made quickly, my order was correct, and everything was nice and hot! Highly recommend this location. I will definitely be coming back.
As always the workers were kind. If you're in a hurry I don't recommend visiting this particular location or making aureus you're aware of the busy times. They made a 2 lane drive thru for a reason ?. Even when they're packed they're pretty efficient with what they're given though so it doesn't bother me much, I just don't go when I have somewhere to be.
The past 3 times we ordered from here they forgot dressings, sauces, and quite a few meals. So we started actually going through the drive thru instead and they still keep forgetting things. It’s worse than McDonald’s at this point.
I keep getting emails about free delivery. I decided to take advantage today and it was a total flop. First, I needed to change my password before placing the order, once I did, the app didn’t recognize “my device.” Then I had to go back into my email to verify my device (same phone I’ve had for YEARS, btw). Once I did that, i was UNEXPECTEDLY EXITED and my order canceled. Do not promise free delivery if you’re not going to let customers complete an order!
The staff is always very attentive and kind. The food was warm and very organized on the tray. I love the hash browns and eggs bowl, yogurt parfait, and their salads.
They got us through the dive through lane fast enough... However, we ordered a large fry but only got a small or medium, whichever they call it. Unfortunately we were on our way someplace. And were not able to go back. I like Chick-fil-A but not the first that this particular one has disappointed.
OVERALL 3/5 As a former "Road Warrior", Chick Filet was a go to restaurant, BUT, there are some locations that are SLOW and/or create traffic issues. This location runs hot then cold, meaning sometimes GREAT and other TERRIBLE. Speed of Service 3/5 This has gotten longer, to the point that I am thinking of NOT going to this location. Holly Springs is MUCH BETTER and they know how to handle the traffic. They have more staff making order instead of taking orders, and it is MUCH BETTER @ Holly Springs Chick Filet !!!! Creating Traffic Issues 3/5 Because they do NOT manage their lines properly, like Holly Springs DOES, they are constantly creating backups on to the main road in the Beaver Creek area. I have expressed my concerns, but it goes in one ear an out the other. Once Holly Spring opens back up, I'll drive the extra miles, because Holly Springs Chick Filet is the BEST in the area, while Apex is just average REVIEW by a SIGNATURE STATUS Member, so I eat at Chick Filet a lot !!!!
No Doubt about it, this Chick Fil A is Sure Very Awesome and Very Incredible and very spectacular! The Team sure is Great and Awesome and Very Incredible!! The Food is Very Delicious and Very Fantastic!! Best of All,the dining room is open once again!! Always one of our favorite places for a quick meal. The chicken is always perfect, but I also love the lemonade and fruit cup.? Always appreciate how quickly they get you through the drive-thru line.
I came about 30 minutes before closing time but no employees answered so I drove up to the window. I understand if y’all were cleaning up or whatever but there was about 7 employees in there and several were doing nothing just standing there looking at me, laughing, and turning around to avoid eye contact?? I just don’t understand why no one could open the window to say hey we aren’t taking orders anymore. Y’all were still on the clock, it’s simple costumer service.
