Our first time to dine in here and the place is clean and the foods are great. But when we are there the food took a lot of time because of the pick up orders but then the host “Kit” was so nice and accommodating and he gave us a compliments of desserts. It was indeed a very good experience. And we are surely come back but i hope they will prioritize the customers inside. Thank you.
Wonderful experience! It has been years since we lived near a Carrabba’s and this location did not disappoint. Our server Wendy is absolutely amazing. She has such a warm friendly demeanor and turns out we are from the same “stomping grounds” in Florida!Thank you for the great food and talks. We will be back soon!
Carrabba's is our number one choice in the triangle for a nice and comforting family dinner. They have a large and elegant space and a warm and cozy atmosphere. The wait staff is great (Wendy!). The starter (complimentary) bread and dip sets you in the right mood. And the blackberry sangria is delicious! Try also stuffed mushrooms, zucchini fritters and calamari from the appetizers. Any of the main dishes is excellent; but the spaghetti with meat balls is probably the best in the area!
Great experience. Loads of variety. The freshest most varied, delicious salad. Attention paid to every detail, every ingredient, delicious dressings & sauces, great seating & atmosphere, and absolutely excellent staff.I’ve lived on 3 continents all of whom pride themselves on great service, Mike really stood out as one of the very best yet. He gave the perfect blend of experienced service & attentiveness that never felt intrusive. He anticipating guests needs, explaining items made from scratch & other welcome information.Staff can make or break a business & when they all work in harmony it’s perfection. These are the staff a business should fight to retain.We left warmed, fortified and resolute to continue our errands… and to return to Carrabbas asap.
Great restaurant! No wait for seating. Staff was efficient. We had a awesome server Wendy. Food was great- fresh & cooked to order which come out quickly. Will definitely be back. Would highly recommend this location (Apex).
Just came into Carrabba's for the first time in a long time. We have had the food by using GrubHub, but it just isn't the same. I had the Rigatoni Martino, and my wife had the Chicken Marsala with Alfredo as her side. All of our food was amazing. The thing that really made the whole experience top notch was the service though. We had Wendy, and she was excellent. You should totally check this location out!
Ordered food to go on Sunday/Mother’s Day. Place was packed both for inside dining and those waiting on to go orders. The staff assisting the to go people were young, hard working, and polite. During the “great resignation” it was nice to see a group of young workers doing their best during very busy dinner time crowd. Kudos to those kids for their work ethic, the staff responsible for training them and probably a parent or a role model who instilled their work ethic.
This was disappointing. I don’t often leave negative reviews. Especially if the staff is willing to correct an issue. Our server was very friendly and patient with our kids. But my steak came out very very rare when I asked for medium and there was way too much pepper on my asparagus and mashed potatoes. And I like a lot of pepper. No one offered to fix it or discount it… nothing. Yea For the price and quality of food is give it 1 star but bumped it to 2 because our server was very nice.
If I could give -5 stars I would. Our table of 9 celebrating a birthday sat for almost 20 minutes before the server came to take our drink order and there were only a few other tables in the restaurant. I was charged for 2 overpriced glasses of wine instead of the one that I had. The children's ravioli meal came with only 5 tiny raviolis (again overpriced at $7) and I had to give my daughter some of my own meal because it was such a small portion. You would also expect $25 entrees to fill a plate, and in actuality you get a meager portion of food. will NEVER go back!
Had such a great time tonight. The food was fantastic! The sangrias were perfect. And Robin was everything you want in a server. She made us feel welcome and really just happy to be there. Awesome dinner from beginning to end.
