This Bojangles is my go-to spot for lunch. They're almost always fast, staff is friendly, and they've never gotten my order wrong. Food is always fresh and the portions are consistent. The only inconsistency is the seasoning on the fries, but I think that's every Bojangles.

It's hard to mess up Bojangles! The food is great! I really suggest trying this place. I think you would love the items on the board and the tea is the best around.

Fish Sandwich is awesome as always, but this place somehow manages to have stale old fries during the middle of the lunch rush, like they stage them in bins after cooking them to let them get cold and limp before sticking them under the lamp warm up a little. Contrast to the Bojangles on Davis drive where they are consistently spectacular. Be better people.. but kudos on the fish sandwich. It is why there are 3 stars instead of 1.

I remember when Bojangles used to be good, but now that they are under new ownership they’ve lost the basic signature taste of they’re food while raising the prices. They no longer know that seasoning on fries is a bojangles signature. I can buy regular fries anywhere I come here because of there signature seasoning on fries. I can get crappie chicken anywhere I come here because of there signature breaded and seasoned chicken. I mean why are you investing so much into commercials bragging when you don’t even do the basics anymore.

This was my first time at this particular Bojangles. I went through the drive through and was rushed through by the young girl that worked in the drive thru. She forgot my water that I ORDERED with one of my meals and was not great with her customer service. I couldn't go back to get it because I had to be somewhere. I will never understand why anyone works in customer service if they aren't able to be kind and respectful to customers, especially if they show that respect to them.

I've been coming to this location once a week for over 5 years now. For periods of time this is a solid 5 star location, but for months at a time they just can't seem to get my order right. Today, for instance, 3 parts of my order were wrong - both drinks, and I got a separate pimento cheese biscuit instead of pimento on my biscuit. The latter was especially frustrating because I tried to correct the guy outside taking my order when he called it in but he insisted that I'd be getting pimento on my biscuit. It's pretty annoying to pay more to get the wrong thing.

They were slow. The manager, a slender black gentleman was rude when I said Where's my second steak egg and cheese sandwich??? and also wanted to argue with me about dumping my picnic fries directly into the bag. They can't use the argument of being understaffed when I saw at least seven to eight employees on staff at 7:30 in the morning ??? I will be hard-pressed to return to this particular location!!

I haven't eaten fried food in a while. I also haven't had Bojangles for a while. They reminded me why this fried bird was tough.

Food is fine, just a toss up if you'll wait 30 minutes in a line or not. Tonight I wasn't so lucky. Put my car in park 10 minutes ago and the drive through line has yet to move

Waited there in front of the counter for about five minutes before they closed their dining room , then the cashier told that I hold me to go through the drive through because they were closing the dining area. He did not even ask if we’re going to dine in or take out. Very rude.
