They always get the order right. Sad to say that is a criteria. When they get busy they send someone out to take orders. Food is fantastic.
Quality of service at this location has dropped off a cliff in the past few years. Routinely takes 10-15 minutes to get through the drive thru, even when there are only a few cars. The place is basically run by teenagers, and it seems to have an incredibly high turnover rate.As for the food, their fries are always soggy and undercooked, and they almost always forget to season them. Even when I go back around and say "y'all forgot to season my fries, can I have some with seasoning?" They will literally just hand me a new bag of sad, unseasoned soggy potato sticks. Chicken is often either undercooked or burnt to a crisp.Bojangles in general has never exactly had high standards for service and quality, but this is just pitiful. I usually drive to the one on Davis drive instead, despite it being miles further from my house.
They almost always forget to season the fries, which is a disappointment.I stopped going to this one in a while but decided to avoid the Williams Street rush hour traffic today. It took about 20 minutes to get through the drive through with maybe 6 cars in front of me. When I pulled up to the window the poor employee taking my order was visibly frustrated when his teammate brought up the wrong order and had to tell him what to get for me. I was in line so long my Pepsi was flat when it was handed to me (I'm not exaggerating).In the end, I was handed the saddest excuse for Boberry biscuits I've ever seen. And I've seen my share of garbage Boberries.

Had to throw my entire order away today. Will not return. Been going to this location for a long time (10+ years). Used to be dependable and good. Quality of food and service has dropped to unacceptable. Had to walk through order multiple times in drive through, as order read back wrong over and over. Get obviously wrong food at window, wrong sized drink etc. Correct multiple times and it’s clearly a chore for folks to give me the food I paid for. Get home. BoRounds are under cooked/raw on inside. Sausage biscuit patty is burnt and dehydrated. Biscuit is wet mush. Fries are undercooked grease noodles. Iced tea is actually large diet soda. Just dropped entire meal in the trash. No point in visiting this location.
We waited in line for awhile and the inside was closed when one of us needed to use the restroom while waiting.. other than that the food was hot and fresh when we got it and the customer service was great as well.
Quaint, home-like atmosphere, southern- hospitality mostly elders dining in...early Saturday morning breakfast. Just loves it!
Once again we decided to give Bojangles another try. Why in heavens name do you still put enough salt in these Cajun beans to give anyone a stroke! This is so uncalled for and so unnecessary. No one cooking pinto beans at home would use even half the salt in one serving of these beans! I had to drain the juice off and rinse them to get rid of all the excess. salt. The rest of the meal was sodium packed as well. If you’re doing this to enhance flavors well I can tell you, you’re going about it in the wrong way. Please......cut out the sodium! I have friends who are complaining about this as well so I’m not the only one!
