I'm giving a 1 star only because I can't give a -5. I didn't even receive service or any food or drinks but this review is still worth the rant. I walked in on Monday, May 16th around 10:30am. There were no cars in the drive through and no other customers inside. When I walked in no one greeted me, asked if they could help me, or even gave the curtesy of saying they'll be right with me. I proceeded to look over the ice cream to make my selection, still no one acknowledged me or asked me what I wanted. After 2-3 mins of waiting to be serviced, two white girls came into the store, walked around me to the cash register and were greeted and serviced right away. I believe the exact words were "Hey, getting your usual today?" signaling that they was clearly a regular customers. The young lady behind the counter (wish I had caught her name) proceeded to promptly service the two girls, still without acknowledging me in the slightest. After watching this blatant disrespect right in front of me I left the store immediately, grateful that I didn't spend a single cent of my hard-earned money at this racist establishment!
Not the most varied ice cream selection but staff is great and helpful. Decent ice cream as always
As many posts from MONTHS ago, nothing has changed. They still don't have spoons, ice cream flavors as advertised, and the ice cream they do have is old out of date and nasty, trash overflowing outsideand employees (especially managers) are rude. This place needs to closed all together! Bad is an understatement.
Out of Waffle Cones & Spoons... did have the quart of peanut butter 'n chocolate ice cream at least. Spoons?? Really?
Always out of alot of things, usually the employees are not overly friendly or particularly timely with their help.
Walked in during 90 degree weather expecting to get ice cream and were told that they were closed at 4:45pm. No explanation and ice cream clearly in the cases. Don’t waste your time visiting.
We have always gotten our ice cream celebration cakes here and they are decorated beautifully and always on time!!! This year they dis not disappoint again, we needed a Christmas/birthday cake and they ran out of the pre-styles decorations. The cake we received was even more beautiful than the one we chose from the book!

one star because of sooo many reasons, they didnt have the ice cream flavors they have signs for, they hardly had anything, they were not tude but they were not welcoming and this was my second time there
Not as good as I remember and even less flavors
