Unstaffed? Came here 7pm on a Tuesday and no one was here. Wasted my time driving out here

For fast food it was really good. We had Ruben sandwich’s and gyros. Will go back for sure.

Service was garbage, manager handed me one pack of arbys sauce for a sandwich and when I asked for a few he says “you only got one sandwich” Meanwhile other locations will give me a handful. Won’t be back.

Needs some improvement, know things are difficult with having adequate staffing due to post- pandemic, but cold soggy mixed fries w sandwich combo just doesn't get it at lunch time, work to hard for my money to be wasted on bad food!

They're usually pretty good but this time I forgot to add an extra order of crinkle cut fries They wouldn't let me do it from the window. I had to go inside to avoid waiting through the drive through again. It only took a minute to order them and get them but they gave me curly fries instead of crinkle cut fries.

I've tried multiple times to actually get food from this location to no avail. Every time it seems I go by the store is closed. This time I ordered door dash to find out, they were accepting orders but just not fulfilling them, people were inside and hanging out, just not actually working. I understand if someone is short staffed and needs to close, but at least don't accept orders you won't fulfill.

This was the worst visit to an Arbys that I have ever had. Employees don't know what they are doing. Staff could not get order correct. Tried to tell us we couldn't get an item that they didn't realize was on the menu. Employee on the register seemed to be in and out of conciousness and was completely inept. 0/10 experience. I would not advise anyone to go here. Also, for some reason they couldn't even give us a receipt! Do not go!

My husband and I stopped by on our way home around 7:30pm this evening. In placing order the female person running drive thru seemed to be rushing us in ordering as though there were a long line of cars behind us, there was no one. Placed order for Arby's Double Roast Beef large size meal with Sweet Tea, was informed NO Sweet or Unsweet Tea, Coke, Sierra Mist, OK Dr Pepper no ice and Bacon Swiss Chicken sandwich medium size with Dr Pepper no ice, side of cheddar and 2 apple turnovers, informed NO turnovers either. Pull around to window, paid, 1 drink handed over waited on food and 2nd drink handed over with window slammed shut abruptly . Pulled forward to check order, missing side of cheddar and double roast beef was skimpy and cold (more like a single), large order of fries container was skimpy (med fries container had more fries). Pulled around the building to drive thru window again, said Hello again, received the nastiest look as I mentioned missing side of cheddar. Slammed the window so hard it flew back open and all you could hear was the complaining of how dare we pull back around because missing side of cheddar. Truly disappointed that we bothered her in doing her job and the nasty attitudes just turned us off completely, as long as that type of attitude is acceptable we choose not to return. Upon getting home, sitting to eat, took sip of Dr Pepper and it tasted disgusting...both had to be thrown

The sandwiches are tasty, and the curly fries were good. The location is off of a busy road, getting out of the parking lot is frustrating at times.

My experience was good. Went a little afternoon the line wasn't long and food was hot, thank you.
