Beautiful venue for a restaurant, right on the Hudson River. We went for a Sunday Brunch, and although moderately expensive, well worth the money. Food and service were excellent. Nice choice of menu items, and delicious "pass around" food, which included lamb chops. All in all, a wonderful dining experience.

There are NO words that are adequate enough to describe how amazing this place is. The table side service, food, and wait staff will only enhance an unforgettable experience. Don't wait for a special occasion. JUST GO!!!
Birthday service was excellent food excellent restaurant is beautiful, price is expensive. But overall was a great restaurant and great service. Would definitely go back. Sushi was delicious.
The service staff seems quite inexperienced and disinterested except for the host. I specifically asked for my fish to be well done and it was rare in the middle. the biscuit served first was dry and not worth eating. My Kettle on the rocks had a very distasteful flavor and the host said it was probably the ice but made little attempt to replace it. This is not the X2O that we remember from years ago!
Weâre pretty regular here and weâre having our wedding this October here as well. The food wasnât as good as usual. The soft shell crabs had too much batter on them. I had them here 2 years ago and they were not drenched in batter. The vegetables they came with had no flavor. The molten lava cake I had for dessert tasted stale and the creme brí»lée my fiancé ordered tasted like a mushy flan. Overall my gazpacho appetizer was excellent. My fiancés miso glazed salmon was also delicious along with my uncleâs cod entree . The service was excellent and attentive as always! We will continue coming here as it is our favorite restaurant.

Much better than our last visit a couple of months ago. Ambiance always amazing. Feels like a special treat to be dinning there. Food very good and a broader selection than last time. The staff was very accommodating to my special needs diet. Our guests were here for the first time and were very impressed. We will definitely be back.
Terrible horrible service and food don't go
We took the steps up instead of using the elevator to the restaurant level and the AC wasn't working until we got in. No big deal, but they should fix it. The view from the restaurant is spectacular! We decided to change the seating from indoor to outdoor without any problems. The food and the service were excellent. It is a very laid-back environment, we spent about three hours over dinner and no one rushed us out, which is a big plus in my book! I will absolutely come back and, I strongly recommend this restaurant. You will get drunk just by looking at the river, wildlife flying by, Hudson River Palisades, and NYC simultaneously.
