my food was absolutely terrible and overpriced. the staff was nice but took 40 min and i didn’t even finish my food. 20 dollars for chicken tenders and fries. an absolute rip off
Staff is nice but this place is ultra slow.... simply cause there aren't enough people working. The food is tasty .. but our FOOD took 40 mnts to get together and the fries were cold. While we sat there getting hungrier another customer complained about the same thing. The staff did best they can.. trying handle the flow of customers coming in but on a Saturday.. having people wait over 30 minutes for a few wings, one order of fries and some sauce... not great customer service.
Tried to give this place a a fighting chance but I can't I'll never come back to this location ever again. Waited almost an hour 1 time when the new management took over, cool everyone was new and still learning, gave it about a month and a half came back again....and again the service was always and horrible that I asked for my money back. I'm here today on 2/8/22 for the 70 cent bones wings and Takiera tells me I can only order a maximum of 10 boneless wings when the sign outside clearly says MINIMUM of 10 wings to qualify for that offer I pointed that out as well as another customer and she doubled down on her response. This will be theist time I come here. OH and again the service here is slow like a m'effer
This place is the worst. We placed an order and went to pick it up. They were all in the back just hanging out. It was 15 minutes before the chick said can I help you and she had an attitude. I wanted to curse her out. My husband told me it’s not worth it. The soda dispenser was filthy, I didn’t even want to fill my cup. It was dirty, sticky and it was early in the day. No excuse why they all hanging out in the back when they should have someone in charge cleaning. Horrible service and the wings were meh! Not flavorful! It was a total waste of money.
I’m here waiting for my food as I write this review. The three employees here right now are behaving unprofessional, one was a little rude when giving a guest her order: she called her name then said “I don’t know who this is” tossed the bag and receipt on the counter with a manner like she doesn’t care. I’ve been waiting at least a half hour for my food. The employees seem to work with no sense of urgency while I’m here on my break. At one point one Takiera (the cashier) was loading the fries into the basket and had her mask down. No one is using gloves. Floor looks very unsanitary. I just won’t be coming back to this location.
The owners “son” wants to come out of the store to the vehicle and threaten me with a ban because one of the coworkers can’t seem to mind their business on a conversation that wasn’t even about them. The service was good but maybe next time if there’s an issue they should address it before we depart instead of coming to harass us.
I love the boneless wings and the fries were good.
Very good wings, friendly staff took 25 minutes after I did a mobile order and it was ready... ordered 50$ in wings and they had the audacity to upcharge me for blue cheese, never in my life was i charged extra for blue cheese it doesn't even come with it, they usually add celery or carrots on the side and I didnt even receive that either.....but I'm not mad at that, but no complementary blue cheese or ranch is straight up wack!
I’m just going to leave this here. All I got was grease on something that’s supposed to be dry rub… Never again!
It was okay but unfortunately none of their Television advertised chicken thighs were available, had to trek up to the Yonkers location due to the Pelham location only taking online order's and I walked in:(
