Good BBQ in WESTCHESTER? Is it possible? We have very limited offerings for good BBQ in Westchester and one of the better offerings has been removed from The Westchester Mall, so I've been dreaming of a good BBQ spot again and I am so happy I found it. In the Photo: Burnt Ends Top left with Baked Beans. Middle 4 Bones of Ribs, Cornbread, Bottom Left Pulled Chicken + Mac+Cheese. This meal was $23 and worth every penny. Whoever said the portions aren't good didn't get my meal. It fed me for lunch and my son ate my left overs at home for dinner. You can easily bring two people and share this meal for $11.50 each, that's bananas how good that deal is for two people to eat this level of food. The Burnt Ends were delicious, perfect amount of smoke, great flavor, not salty or too fatty at all. I saw the other review photo here, I don't recognize those burnt ends they don't even remotely resemble what I was served. The Baked Beans were fantastic. They were sweet with a touch of vinegar and a perfect pairing with the burnt ends. The Ribs fell off the bone, but kept their bite as rib meat. The pulled chicken was tender and flavorful, but I wish I had gotten to try the pork (it was still VERY good). The Mac and Cheeese was velvety and creamy. Nothing was over salted, nothing was disappointing. I have eaten BBQ where when I'm done, I feel heavy and saturated with fat. This was not that meal. The food was excellent, the service was top notch, and I will be back to eat regularly. My whole family is looking forward to the next time we order this! This may have been one of the best BBQ Experiences I have ever had in NY.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, and I'll say it once more, Avoid! We spent over $100 on food from this location and could not have been more disappointed. Those two photos I included with my review are what they called burnt ends. In reality it's a container full of oil and fat with a few pieces of brisket on top. This Is NOT what burnt ends looks like. The ribs we're stuck to the bone, pulled pork sandwich was a dry slab of meat, tenders were decent and so were the chicken wings, sausage is good, mac and cheese is extremely basic. Overall we were so disappointed.I reached out to the location through the website, no response. Called and left my name/number, no response. I called again and got through to someone (JayDee) claiming to be a partner, but his customer service skills need some serious Improvement. After politely explaining how disappointed we we're with our order, he sarcastically asked me if I was done?! I made it clear that I wasn't looking for a refund, I didn't want any kind of hand out, I simply wanted to express how disappointed I was, especially with such an expensive bill, but you could tell he just didn't care. He told me if I come back I'll get a "discount" but wouldn't elaborate on that statement. He failed to tell me if I would be added to a list or identified in some way so that whoever was at the register that day would be able to authenticate my claim. What a joke. The experience of trying to get someone on the phone and then actually dealing with this guy was just salt in the wound. Had the customer service been a little more respectable and genuine, I might have actually considered giving this place another chance... But thanks to this "partner" that chance went out the window! When this location first opened the food was much better, and so was the customer service. I've gone several times since and it continually goes downhill. I will not be returning. For the people local in this area, you might have to drive a little bit further north to get some good barbecue but it's worth the drive! This place is too expensive and too inconsistent to gamble your hard-earned money with them. They get a solid A for AVOID!

The staff is amazing! Polite, engaging, friendly, accommodating ? The food is exquisite, I had to get more to go and plan of going back soon… frequently ?

Portions too small for a pulled pork meal that consisted of only a spoon full of coleslaw and a hand full of fries and soda. They only had barbecue sauce . no mustard or hot sauce available. The sandwich was good and moist. They need a bigger sandwich . where is the meat.Arbys you got southern competition. Portions need to improve .give larger coleslaw please! Loved that original blues music!! I will be back SOON !

Today was my 1st time taking out at WHC, I was in the mood for some comfort food, this is the place to go if you want meats falling off from the bone, since it’s my 1st time, I had to get the sampler, and it was fantastic, every item was freshly cooked , the corn bread was moist, and the mac and cheese / salad was made fresh. I’m very satisfied and full to the tummy. Will definitely go back. The wings are to go for! Different types of hotness.. plenty of parking at the store. No wait, just walk in.

If you like authentic barbecue, Then THIS IS THE SSPOOTT!! Food was amazing & the service was great!! Definitely will be going again!!

Please save your money. I paid $50 for the absolute worst BBQ in the country! This food is shameful. My order had 3 meats, 4 ribs, 3 sides, and 2 cornbread. I ordered 2 pulled pork and burnt ends. For the sides I had 2 orders of baked beans and Mac and cheese. The entire order all fit in a one person container. The ribs are flavorless chewy and rubbery. The pulled pork was dry and had no sauce they provide you with sauce at 25 cents per sauce. The sauce tasted like the Kraft bbq sauce that’s a dollar a bottle. The burnt ends were beyond salty and where cheap cuts of meat. The Mac and cheese tasted like the Mac and cheese they served in the school cafeteria. The cornbread was so dry that it crumbled to dust. Overall the meat tasted old the sides were nothing special, if you are in the mood for BBQ this ain’t it!

Let's start with the friendliness of the staff and how welcoming and customer service based they are.A selection that any bbq person would want. Tonight I had the pulled chicken sandwich. I was a little surprised that it did not come out like other bbq places that I have been at where it was actually shredded to peices. The fries were cooked to my request (crispy) but not burned, they could have used a little salt but I appreciate them not adding salt because alot of places over due it.The corn bread is a dense corn bread. Add a little butter to it and it comes alive in your mouth.

Excellent customer service and excellent food. Had the pulled pork with sweet sauce. It was so good. Couldn’t finish it all so had to take the rest home. Highly recommend.

I saw a poster for a sandwich with burnt ends on the window and knew that was exactly what I wanted upon walking in. A side of baked beans and I was in BBQ heaven. Everything was delicious. The place was empty but we went for an early dinner and enjoyed that it was just us and one other person dining in. The women who rang us up was very friendly and even suggested we make Arnold Palmers from the fountain machine which we did and that was great as well. Will def be going back to the cafe.
