I ordered a $40 worth of food and None of my sauces were in the bag despite being charged for them and it being on the receipt. I was charged for 2 cheese sauces and got nothing I was asked how many marinara I wanted for my sack of mozzarella sticks I put 3 and got Nothing. Absolutely unacceptable especially since I was charged for them.
they're good just the buns are always soggy .... to bad they aren't toasted...
White Castle thinks it is the Ruth Cris of burgerland. They have priced them selves out of the market. Spending money on a burger with 5 holes in it is absurd. I could buy a pound of chopped meat without holes for 3 burgers. Fries are always great too at WC. Not worth the price for 2 small fries either. I could buy a 5 pound bag potatoes for that much. Besides I could cook my own slider quicker at home from the time spent at the order window to the pick up window. Coupns? Sorry don't crave that any longer from WC!
Food is always pretty good, but if you’re ordering something to be delivered and it’s unavailable, they won’t call and tell you about it (and they don’t pick up the phone).
Solid White Castle experience. If you don’t know what I mean by this, you should probably give this place a try.
Disappointed ? I don't live near any White Castles so when I was on the road and saw that I was near one.... of course we had to drive thru and pick up a crave case (30 cheese burgers) plus a few other items. We were excited to satisfy our craving, only to be ? disappointed.Question: Is it even a White Castle experience if the burger doesn't have any onions or pickles?WTH??? They didn't even give me a heads up. They could've told me they were out of onions and pickles and let me decide if I want them.I live far so I couldn't just go back to have them redo the burgers.30 little sad White castle cheese burgers in a crave case but they're not crave worthy. ??And if you know, they're not cheap for what you actually get.... but we pay bc it's what we crave, right? Bussing area in town and very few things are as beloved as this franchise and this specific location does not disappoint. I will always morn the loss of baked clams, but the new fried shrimp is a welcome.
Didn't love the fries to much.. but definitely created a good memory
The best cheese fries ? ever made and I tried the shrimp nibblers and they actually are tasty made with real shrimp and a nice crunch. You get a good amount for price
This place for some reason have the most rude employees ever had to throw my food away cause they wouldn’t give me my money back after i told them im allergic to onions some one needs to shut this place down
