Ordered pork chops for dinner at work. When I got to work which is in the Bronx the pork chops were burnt and Inedible. I called the restaurant to notify them and the guy who picked up the phone kept saying it wasn’t his fault and that he spoke to the cook and he said it wasn’t burn.. decided to give them another chance went in an ordered two orders of pork chops when I got home it was missing the beans. Called right away and the guy picked up the phone again and said it wasn’t his fault it’s the girl in the front. He put me on hold for 30 mins never came back and when I called they never picked up the phone. Horrible customer service. If I could give no stars I would.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We ordered tres golpes that said $9 and then it ended up being approx $13 after that as an add on charge because they said tres golpes is just mangu and you have to add the eggs, cheese, onions and sausage after the fact and add $1 per item BUT the selection on the app was TRES GOLPES NOT MANGU. Terrible and dishonest, never ordering from them again and will make sure to let people know how bad they are ! In case anyone needs to see the meaning of tres golpes. The manager tried to tell me it meant MANGU ONLY.
If you are in this area come to eat here, the food taste great big portions for affordable prices and excellent service.

I ordered through grub hub food was delicious and still hot! Delivery was on time & the MANGUUUU was so good! Perfect consistency will be ordering again. I ate the food so damn fast forgot to take a photo
Customers Service is amazing !..Staff is very nice. I Just found out about this place last week I have been ordering almost every day since then!!! .. Delivery is very prompt.
