Not a bad experience overall the waiter was attentive and kind. But it took quite some time for the apps even though the place was practically empty. Also I ordered a medium rare steak and it was more on the well side. With no real flavor other than the excess of pepper they put on it . I had to get steak sauce for it to be even slightly barrable. Nachos were good and the wife's food apparently was good as well. Overall will come back but would want to maybe not get the steak again.
I made a reservation for Mother’s Day weekend and Was taken a few mins before my reservation time . The wait for food was long but I expected it because of how crowded it was .When the food came out I was a disappointed. EVERYTHING WAS BURNT I got the Buffalo blast for an appetizer and it was burt to a crisp I didn’t even take pictures . We had to eat around it and it wasn’t enjoyable but we was a so hungry we didn’t want to send it back and risk waiting another half hour for our food .The serving staff is a little young and we were seated by the kitchen . There was a server cursing and being extremely loud and disrespectful while we were sitting there . My son was also in ear shot so that was extremely distasteful. The chicken parm pizza style was dry, spicy and burnt at the edges . My friend said the chicken sandwich was dry as well . The only person who enjoyed their food was my son who said the chicken tenders and fries were good.I usually love Cheesecake Factory and have had really good experiences but this location was THE WORST all around with food quality and service . I won’t be returning .
Delicious food and great attention
Sat a the bar for lunch, bartender was Amazing and Very Attentive. Ordered Brussels Sprouts as a small plate. It was delicious only con was the sauce was a bit too sweet. Ordered the pasta Di Vinci and an original cheesecake slice for dessert. This is my favorite cheesecake factory.
I had a Amazing and delicious dinner Thank for the great food can I work there I could I should my food
It was good, about a 30 minute or less wait for a table. The waiter was outstanding and fast and the food was good! It was not a lot for the price compared to other places similar but it was very tasty. I'd definitely visit again
Busy spot but worthwhile. We waited for 45 minutes for a party of 4 on a Saturday (so not too terrible). Parking is connected to the adjacent mall. The server was attentive. Food came out quick and hot. They have a full bar which is pretty amazing. Food quality was worth it, though prices can be hit or miss. The selection of cheesecake is always a standout. Would come back though getting a reservation is a needed factor for this place. They are very rare, but it would help this business greatly.
I have been going to Cheesecake factories all over the US for many years and I have to say by far this was one of the biggest disappointments or it was just an off day for them.We had to sit at the bar because it would have been an hour for a table which is expected that is OK the food was disgusting.I had the Chicken Costaletta which I normally get at another location. This time it was overdone and rubbery. When the waiter brought it over the asparagus was hanging off of the plate touching the tray which was nasty.I wanted my beloved crispy crab bites and was told they did not have them.I hope they didn't permanently take them off the menu, which I think they did. Another disappointmen! Just like the seared tuna salad I used to love so much!I will not give up on the CF but this was not a good experience I was extremely disappointed.
The only 2 problems I have with this restaurant. One is the wait time first when my family of 5 got there, we were told we had a wait time of 30-45 minutes. However it took them dam near an hour & a half to seat us. The second problem I have with the restaurant is that the booths they have weren't made for big people. I'm 6'4 about 250lbs & I could barely squeeze into the booth. Then by the time we were ready to leave my knees were killing me because of how low the seat was in the booth.Other then that everything else was 100% fine with us. The waitress was extremely nice & went the extra mile for us. The food was worth the wait & price. All & all the experience was fun & enjoyable.
I haven't been here in probably 2 to 3 years and the quality of everything has gone down to nothing. It feels like they are relying on people who have good memories or no other options. The cocktails are super sugary. I ordered a whiskey smash and it was 90 percent juice. There is no reason to fill the glass all the way - a whiskey cocktail is supposed to be a shot of whiskey, a splash of citrus juice or whatever in a balance, not to fill up the whole cup with juice. They were out of calamari, anything with crab, no wings, no avocado rolls. We got nachos and they were soggy before they even hit the table. They weren't real chips, jalapenos weren't spicy and there was no flavor. I ordered a chicken parmigiana cutlet which had a really off texture - it seemed like it was prepared and then frozen or freezer burned. Barely any cheese, tons of breading. My husband ordered a burrito that was 95% rice and so salty that he could barely eat any of it. We were super disappointed and would have been better off ordering the kids meal - at least the chicken tenders looked like actual chicken. $130 something dollars for a really disappointing lunch.
