Great experience. Fast service. Tasty food and drinks and well presented. Professional staff and hard working as we could observe. Don’t wait in long lines on other restaurants in cross county mall when TGI has enough space for all.
Food was good. The signature whiskey. Cheeseburger was yummy. Cleanliness is lacking but not terrible. Little details like the hand towel dispenser was broken, some menus were worn out and should be trashed. It's not "dirty" just untidy. Wait staff was friendly. Good drink prices. When we are in the neighborhood we'll go back. Ample parking.

I went here with some coworkers. I ate but I wasn't satisfied. I really don't do these chain/franchises anymore. They rarely get it right. I ordered hot wings and they were not cooked enough. The iced tea was way too sweet. I won't return.
I don’t like leaving 1 star reviews but this is an important hygienic issue. I was at this location late last night to sit at the bar and as soon as you walk in there’s a horrendous smell. I won’t describe it too much and I’m only saying this in hopes that a manager sees this review and fixes the issue. It shouldn’t smell bad upon entry. I couldn’t even eat in there. It smells like they used the same mop water over and over again after someone possibly got sick on the floor. The whole front area including the bar area smells like that. Please do something about it. Someone else complained but I guess she stayed, I don’t know because I left. Very nauseating.
I have been going to Fridays since I have been a teenager. It brings back a lot of great memories and I almost always enjoy the service.
Ordered a whiskey glazed n.y strip medium. Instead what came was a drenched in butter very well done cardboard. I showed the waiter and he ordered a refire. By the time that new plate came my 3 guest I was with finished their food and was ready for the check. I was still hungry obviously so I cut open my steak that again was drenched in butter and not the jack Daniel sauce and it was AGAIN very well done rubber. The kicker was they wanted to charge me for 2 steaks! The food was once so good here. Looking at these reviews if they want to stay open they need to bring in experienced Friday's chefs. Disgusting.
The server was horrible. We were seated at 7pm and didn't get served until 10pm. He messed up some of our orders and lost some. He even opened my bday cake at another table before he was stopped. However the Manger came to our table to apologize even though we tried our best to be patient. He said he noticed that we were there for a long time. The food was burnt. It was a very bad experience.
I usually come to this location and never really had a problem. I came to this location yesterday and it was empty, I thought I would have great service. Wrong! The wait was not attentative and the food was awful. We ordered the classic appetizers, the chicken pieces were small and wasn't even chicken it was literally hard breading. I also ordered the million dollar Cobb salad, disgusting not to mention they didn't give me all my ingredients. Our drinks took a long time to come, we found hair in the oreo ice cream. It was a really bad experience.
