The owner/manager of this subway needs a lesson in respect and customer service. Always rude and nasty to customers. Purchased meatball hero and noticed it had a DEAD FLY inside. Spoke to him politely and he responded in a disrespectful manner. Get food elsewhere within the mall.
Very unprofessional business. They say they close at 11 today and i was there 10:20 and they are closed. And when i call they dont respond. What a horrible place.
This guy needs to be FIRED! 1st he didn’t even know the address. 2nd he has no idea what customer service is! He was very rude and disgusting! 3rd He has no knowledge about pick up orders for food delivery services. And has the audacity to tell someone to get out of the store. Never will i return to this subway nor recommend anyone to go here!
The sandwiches are pretty good. I just wish they wouldn't count everything they put on there. It would be nice if they would always have the bread I want in stock.
Every time I place orders online, they cancel them! Claiming that they could not get in touch with me, a couple of minutes after the order. When I call, they don’t pick up.If you don’t want to sell, then perhaps your store should not be open.
If I could give them a 0 I would. Horrible customer service and very rude. I placed an online order 20 minutes ahead for them to not have my order ready. When I informed them of that they said “if you don’t want to wait cancel your order”. They also had their worker in the back preparing food with no mask on.Never going to these disgusting people again.
Best bread of any Subway that I have had in 5 years. Soft and fresh. Meat was delicious. Cookies were soft and tasty. Only negative was they were out of spinach. Doesn't take promotions, but you get what you pay for. Courteous and professional service. Thanks for a great meal!
Super rude, had the worst attitude and when asked for something he acted like he was the one paying for the meal ????.
Don't eat here the worker doesn't wear gloves or put his mask on properly
