Spent $32 for two sandwiches one was sweet onion chicken teriyaki which was served ice cold sandwiches we're not cut in half. Employee did not ask if we wanted it toasted the owner actually showed up as I was leaving and I went in to tell him my experience and he wanted to make the sandwich over but I had already brought it in once and all the employee did was put it in the microwave for 30 seconds and it was still cold at that point I was fed up and wanted to leave. No bathroom available to wash hands all in all a bad experience find another Subway anywhere else
This establishment has horrendous customer service. My wife went there to get a sandwich for her and my daughter and while waiting online my daughter (7yrs old) was doing something and this individual that works there got up and yelled at here something very disturbing while other customers stood there and said nothing. So my wife just turn around and left very irritated and embarrassed.Individuals like this who runs this franchise should not represent subway label. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.Shame on you!
When I place orders online, they cancel them! When I call, they don’t pick up. If you don’t want to sell food, then perhaps the store should not be open.
The employee was very kind but the fountain machines weren’t working and they were out of sauces I had to pay 3 times
That subway is not clean and the man working there is not friendly at all and they don't do any promotions the one on central park ave is so much better and cleaner and the staff bery good but not the one on tuckahoe
Such horrible customer service, they are dismissive, rude and unprofessional. Every time I walk into the establishment the tables are dirty- even when I am the only customer in the establishment. Ive personally asked for a rag to clean it myself because clearly I don’t mind at all, but it concerns me especially because although people don’t think COVID is a big deal anymore, it is for people who are immunocompromise, and also they don’t check if people are vaccinated when dining in.I’ve ordered for pickup in the past and they’ve canceled my order minutes before I arrived, they provide lame excuses and are incredibly rude about it. I wish there were more places nearby that would be considered somewhat healthy so that I didn’t have to come to this place again.

The staff is rude and unhelpful. They always seem to be understaffed and lack much of what other Subways generally carry.As a paying guest I asked to use the men's room, which they replied by saying they had noneI don't understand how a business like this has stayed open so long with. Absolutely cannot recommend this place.
