Long Line, Got Lucky to get Table but had to clean it myself, Small Shop but sells coffee, tea, cups, mugs. The Sandwich was just Ok as they dont have a Grill, they use a convection type Micro. The Lemonade with Acai and Strawberry was very Good. It was very hot inside due to the # of ppl on line and aleady seated. Not enough employees.

This place gets 5 stars because of Lorenzo! Can we get a Lorenzo at all Starbucks locations. Anytime I order a venti cappuccino at various Starbucks places, they never do it correctly. Trust me I have been to dozens of different locations, different states and no one ever makes a cappuccino the way it should be. It's always served to me as a latte. To top it off the drink weighs more than I do. Lorenzo is the only one who has successfully pulled off a cappuccino with almond milk. Can Lorenzo be a Starbucks trainer? Train all the Starbucks staff on barista. I specifically return to the 2458 Central Park ave location in hopes that Lorenzo can do my cappuccino but that hasn't been a success so I have stopped returning to this location and any other Starbucks.
Whenever I go to Gateway, I must stop in Starbucks to get that Caramel Macchiato!! It's the best!
Their cashier is nice and I like the coffee they serve.
It was a nice location, drink was made well. Garbages were filled to top.
I went here and asked for extra matcha on the side , and the girl with the black hair told me it’s against the policy , so I told her that I have literally went to almost every Starbucks in Yonkers and they always give me some without a problem, so she said she can put it in my drink, takes it back , when it’s also against store policy to take a drink back , then when I’m leaving the workers start talking about the look on my face to the girl worker , because she literally was contradicting herself the entire time .
They are overall nice people and u do have some bad eggs
Please make sure your baristas pay attention as one particular barista specifically asked us if we wanted ice and a drink and then proceeded to put no ice on the label FYI be careful
