I mainly get my iced mocha's at Eastchester Road in the Bronx but occasionally stop in this Starbucks when I have business with Guitar Center. Was pleasantly surprised to have April as my barista ( she used to be at Elevation Burger) she expertly handcrafted my Venti Iced Mocha. Also appreciate the option of indoor or outdoor seating which was ample even on this Saturday.
They did make my order wrong... but they were cool about it...we had some laughs. Super cool atmosphere.
Great location with outdoor seating. Ridge hill mall closed the street right in front of it and there are tables outside within WIFI range.
Worst Starbucks experience ever. Mobile order wasn’t even put out for pickup. I stood at the pickup station for 10min while no one greeted me or asked me why I was standing there, all this with no line. Only when I flagged a worker down and asked if they got my order, he proceeded to hand me my coffee which had been sitting there for several minutes behind their counters. The absolute worst.
delicioso sabor, BEST starbucks i’ve been to. Perfect customer service my barista sheila gave me this beautiful cake pop and complemented my jewelry. Will definitely be returning everyday.
Worst customer service, I ever had at Starbucks. The cashier was the worst, her attitude was below Starbucks standards. She needs to be retrained or find another job. My chai latte was cold and taste like water. This location needs an new crew or some serious training.
When they had Shae there, the place was excellent, the staff was happy, and they executed very well. Ever since she left, the staff seems very disheveled and there seems to be a ton of disorganization and it takes too long to get your order even when it's not very busy. I can't say for sure that's the reason. But I can say it was noticeable immediately after she left. I actually feel sorry for the staff, because customers are complaining every time I go there now, and it sucks because they're hard workers and clearly trying. They are adequately staffed too, but they lack leadership and direction. Someone please help them.
