I have been customer with Starbucks for long time. I ordered today in the morning Brown sugar shaken espresso , The Starbucks cop was filed half I asked them why is half they completely ignore me after I asked them again and they told me that yes because you order with a light ice a girl with full of attitude they took my cup and they add ice without my permission, and she said here’s your order now, I was very disappointed with service.
Ordered my usual, Grande Vanilla Chai Latte and a Puppicino for my Girl.??.I like that they allow "furry kids" inside and offer them Free puppiccino. It's cute.
This Starbucks they don't let you use there bathroom they have a policy for that.. also many ppl come to you to ask you for money while you there having coffee etc...I will not recommend this place
So nice and friendly! They're always willing to give my dog a pup cup. Very kind staff.
First time visiting this location. The staff was friendly and received my orders quickly: One Java Chip frappuccino and a Strawberry cream frappuccino, yum yum.
Was immediately helped and quick fast delivery of my order.
If the point is to reduce waste why refuse customer requests to have drinks made directly into reusable cups SOLD (overpriced) by Starbucks ? Then if you are going to deny the customers make sure staff is educated had employees literally argue ? about weather they would or wouldn’t put my overpriced drink in my overpriced cup
I give this store 5 stars easily. This Starbucks is by far the most friendly and fast paced I’ve visited in lower Westchester. All the baristas are nice and friendly. My coffee is always how I like it to be, unlike most other Starbucks. And damn, they are super fast no matter how packed it is. I never wait to long :)))
