Great burgers, filling and delicious. The one thing that turned me off was the grease. The chef here could of drained beef patties better before serving. My bottom bun was soaked in grease. A big no-no for me. I myself was a chef at several places, never did I have the nerve to serve grease. So this rating boils down to the chef. Put someone with experience, and knows how to properly remove the liquid grease off burgers before serving. This can cause sickness to those with delicate digestive systems. Awesome taste though; imagine the taste with a well drained burger. One that doesn't really soak up the bread. The milkshakes get 5 stars, and the chicken nuggets were some of the better ones out there.
First time visit....burger was tasty...fries are just OK. We'll definitely be back.
Can u please bring back the Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich please bring it back, I love u guys great respect and love for the customers ! Better than any fast food I give u a reputation of Chick-fil-A level ! Popeyes is garbage !
Food was good I ordered on the app order said it was ready 10 minutes before I actually received it not sure if it was an app issue or it was a service issue inside the restaurant
The food was pretty good, but my chicken was a little dry. The milkshake was great. They were super busy but they made the food faster than I anticipated. Knocking off a star because they had a long line out the door with 3 cashiers at 2 registers, but only one was actually doing any work. The other two were just standing there on their phones. Neither one could help take orders or get the food out the door?
Love this place, one of the only fast food restaurant i can eat at and not feel guilty that I'm putting garbage in my body. They're food is clear of antibiotics, hormones and its delicious, I can honestly say that I've had several trips and and no complaints.
Very expensive for the hamburger size. Their big hamburger is like a child hamburger...The fries with cheddar and bacon was good...The coffee milk shake was amazing(I recommend this item)...The juice was not good...On the general, didn't worth for us.
Minimum education is required for every job and a bit of common sense. Did online order for 3 potions of fries and a couple of frozen custards. Everything was in the same bag where custard was like running soup and fries like cold glued stuff with cheese. How can one do that? must be one by with no education or zero sense.
The food is great it’s just that when u order it online and come and pick it up, it’s cold. I feel shake shack needs a food warmer so when customers pick up their food it won’t be super cold, it’ll still taste fresh.
Pretty good! Only problem, check your order before you leave, they've forgotten cheese for my cheese fries twice. They're quick and nice to fix it, though!
