Great ambiance, food, and service! My fiance really wanted the trifongo but with oxtail, which wasn't an option. We asked the waitress and she said "let's try, anything is possible" with the greatest smile ever! She came back and told it was a go! And from presentation to taste, it was remarkable!Parking: Free, private parking, but street parking is great as well (we went on a Friday night, 9pm)!
The food was great. Appetizers were cooked too perfection. The recipes have good flavor. I love the fact they have a REAL piraguas cart in the restaurant and you can get them spiked.
Great Food….. obnoxious manager- very rude - and I was going to make reservations for a group of 20….. will go somewhere else!!!!! Their loss??????????
My friend and I had an amazing time here on Easter! I googled places in search of something to do this popped up, I had no idea what we were getting Into but boy did we have a wonderful time! There’s no street parking but $5 valet parking isn’t bad. I love the tropical vibe the place gives. The food was okay, a little pricy and you don’t get much. It cost us over $200 we each got one appetizer, a meal and shared a fish bowl. The tables upstairs are small but they were accommodating to put two together. Our server was on point, he constantly checked on us. Downstairs was fully booked upon making the reservation but we were welcome to go down after eating and boy was that so much fun!! The Dj was on point played a mixture of music, had the crowd going.

Salsa Bembe has that authentic PR food that grandma used to make. Awesome food and and amazing taste. Great size portions. I had pork Masitas with arroz con gandules. The rice had tosino and ham took me back in the days. Willie was excellent and attentive to our needs. I would definitely go back and I have reservations for Sunday brunch
Definitely the place to be in yonkers if you love salsa, this is my go to every friday. Live salsa band and DJ every friday. The food is delicious and the drinks are off the hook. Staff is very friendly and attentive of their customers. Make reservations ahead of time it's a hot spot you want to make sure you are guaranteed a table. Check them out you won't be disappointed. By the way if you are a seafood lover the Cazuela de Mariscos is the dish to have.?????
Fantastic time for our 1st visit! Value was much more than I expected along super friendly staff. Enjoyed dancing the night away after dinner. Huge THANK YOU to Ellie who ensured we were accommodated to have best the experience.
We had a birthday party there and we had a great time. The food was amazing. The portions were generous. The wait staff were attentive and friendly. The music was really good. An all around great experience.
These are trifongo, one with shrimp another with pork. I've been here for dinner before but brunch was a really fun time. DJ was good, drinks were flowing, food was tasty. Also the staff was friendly and attentive.
