A dinner, not to remember ordered ice tea, they had none. My nephew ordered a steak, it was the size of a small wallet.My sister ordered an apple martini. Was told they did could not make her one.What she eventually ordered did not seem to contain any alcohol.No buzz at all.Then on top of that, the lights went dim.Not enjoyable at all!
Took my girlfriend there and the food was amazing and the drink was even better. The service was excellent. Definitely would recommend for a date night. The price was also very reasonable.I'm definitely going back
We visited this location to celebrate my daughter’s graduation and we were so bless to have Lexis assistance. Her welcoming and professional service was delightful. Her Amazing service and engaging attitude made everything teste even better. We need more people like you. If you come to this location make sure you ask for Lexis and enjoy the experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered online at 3:29 PM on Sunday May 8th 2022. I was told pick up time 515 PM. I got there 5:15 food wasn't ready. I waited until 6 PM food not ready, 7 PM food still not ready, 8 PM food still not ready. 8:30 PM finally food ready, but several items missing, I had to wait another 25 minutes to get my correct order. I will NEVER AGAIN go back to that Red Lobster. My back and feet was hurting from standing so long. Every time I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she's busy, and couldn't speak to me. That was not acceptable. I saw several people cancelled their orders and got refunds, because of the long wait time. I waited because I was told 20 minutes more, 30 minutes more, which was all lies. Red Lobster just lost a faithful customer!
Front desk was friendly and very courteous. The meals were absolutely delicious. Our alcoholic beverages were generous in portions and in alcohol content (we ordered larges). Wait time was quicker than expected. We were able to be seated within 10 minutes of arriving (group of 6 with no reservations). The staff we dealt with were prompt and got us everything we asked for. Would visit, again.The only negative we experienced: Upon entering the building a female server bumped into a member of our group very forcefully and was incredibly rude about it. Thankfully, this server was not our table's server.

Amazing experience at this particular Red lobster restaurant at Cross country shopping mall. We had a long day and the kids was grumpy and hungry. We tried it and didn't regret it at all. The service was greatttttt. The waitress made us feel so welcomed. Food was amazing and the music was great. Kids had a good time and really loved the food. Must try when you at cross county shopping center , Yonkers . Enjoy and thank me later.
Our server was amazing. She was really attentive and gave great recommendations. We haven't been to Red Lobster in years so I'm glad we decided to go. The food was phenomenal, can't wait to go back again. ?
Service was excellent. Food was great. It was just way too dark in there when I went during the evening. There were about 7 of us and we all needed to use the light from our phones to read the menus!
