Food was great, especially the Guacamole. The frozen Margaritas were really good. I didn’t really like the ambience or decor. Staff was very friendly.
This was my first time coming to this place. I came here with my mom because she recommended the place to me. I absolutely loved the food it was so delicious and the service was great. We got a steak Quesadilla to share with Guacamole that they made in front of us to share ? with flan for dessert. Everyone who works there is so friendly and professional. I can't wait to come back!
The place is nice, staff is great, food is good, prices are too high... but toilets are a disaster everytime I go. Not up to code, a skinny person cannot get in the tiny stall, dirty ?
Just moved to NY fand was yearning for a Mexican Cantina style restaurant like back in California. I knew this was going to be THE spot when I was able to get Tajin on my margarita rim without going into my purse reserve ? Their mole sauce is fantastic as is the table side guacamole. I bet this spot kills on Cinco de Mayo.
I was supposed to celebrate my birthday here in March 2020 - but then the Pandemic hit. I have been here in late 2021 and today. I always enjoy the Margaritas and food. Chips and salsa are placed on the table when you sit down. So good that we asked for another set-up. Waiter was very accommodating. Enchiladas and Fajitas for lunch were delicious. My son treated me for a belated birthday treat. I told him that this is a perfect date night location. Very pretty atmosphere. Rancho Grande is one of my Favorite Restaurants.
Went here on a snowy Saturday to grab some lunch. Ended up loving this place. It boasts an authentic Mexican feel with amazing food. It was a bit pricey but the taste of the food made up for it.
Came here last night with a group of friends because we love Mexican food and wanted to stay local. Sadly, last night will be our last time eating here. First of the price for the quality of food you receive is ridiculous. The food was not good at all. To be honest the food tasted like Diner food. I order chicken fajitas to be safe and it wasn't safe to order that at all. The Manager eventually came and ended up removing some dishes off the bill but overall, we weren't happy with the overall service and food. Won't be going back.
Our first time here and we have found a little piece of heaven in Yonkers! Amado our server was so welcoming and offered the best cuisine, drinks and even allowed me to take pictures. He showed me around this massive restaurant with ease and a kindness I will never forget! I'm posting food pictures and some pictures of The Rancho Grande! Ya gotta come! Live entertainment of Saturdays too!
Music was the only thing that was good at Rancho Grande. I will not go there for food or drinks again, they had non quality food and drinks with high end prices VERY disappointing. Covid is the new excuse for restaurants and bars to serve up mediocre food and watered down drinks.
Has a great atmosphere and decorations. I enjoyed them singing to my friend for her birthday and the food was delicious. Definitely prepare yourself for large meals. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the cappuccino because it was very cold and this is why I felt a need for the rating of a 3.
