Been there four times now, all at random times. They completely suck, food is good don’t get me wrong. But I’ve had to go back every single time, because they completely mess up my order. They forget to give me MOST of the order, or they are charging me WAY too much. It’s like you tell them things and it just comes out the other ear. Annoying, they will literally get annoyed if you tell them that they messed up. It’s not like they forgot to give me a straw, they forget to give me my fries and biscuit and messed up the entire chicken order. I can ask for drumsticks and they give me nuggets? Each time I come back thinking, maybe it was a bad day. But no, they just have horrible management in general.
I was told I couldn’t get a sandwich by itself, I had to get a meal. Then I couldn’t get the regular sized meal, they only sell larges. And the quality of food has gone way down. It tastes like they don’t change the oil in the fryer. Food was served barely warm, dried out.
Order a 2pc combo and my total was $14???? Then I was told after getting my chicken that I had to wait 6 minutes for Mac and cheese. Ridiculous. Never will go to this Popeyes again
This Popeyes has incredible service and there was no wait time to place my order. The food was fresh and I would definitely eat here again. The GM Siam even came around to see if I was eating comfortably.
I ordered a regular combo which came up to 9.99 but the guy charged me way more, so I looked at the receipt he put down a large combo and charge me for the drink separately and when I approached him about the situation, he responded with its the machine not his fault ?. I told him to change my order to regular and to give me the correct change and he replied by saying that do to covid he can't except the food back and I told him I never got the food dummy it's right there behind the counter. So he change the order because he saw me getting upset. Also I asked him if he haves bottle drinks do too his machine doesn't work and he sends me over to the store next to him so I can get my drink and the girl on the other store said, hey did he gave you a straw and I replied by saying no and she said, you're the fourth person I had to give a straw too ?. The chicken sandwich was awful, that's the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had and trust me I order from popeye's at least 4X a week for lunch but I will never return to this garbage establishment. The Indian dude with the blue shirt is the worst employee, I truly hope he's not the manager. I didn't eat my lunch and went back to work hungry and I had another 4 more hours of work.
The food was great, but didn't see any French Fries. And I had explicitly asked the person at the counter whether the fries were there or not. Going back and arguing is a total waste of time. So disappointing.
The store seems to be short staffed and I observed them during a rush. With workers leaving at the rush cause they were done with the day Ashley was still able to maintain her composure. She took charge and focused on getting food out while dealing with hangry customers and still offered extra sides for the wait which I declined. Popeyes is lucky to have Ashley.
Long wait time. My side order was wrong again and I spent more than I intended to and they didn't have regular size sides. All in all will be the last time I purchase food here. The only saving grace was the sandwich.
This particular branch never seems to be able to get my order correct... 2 times i have ordered 8 piece spicy dark meat family meal with mac and cheese. First time they didnt give me mac and cheese or biscuits and then told me they ran out of mac and cheese. Second time they gave me regular not spicy, and then gave me 2 breasts that seem to be from the night before because they were dried out and definitely not freshly made.
Agonizingly slow service despite 6 guys working. 20 min since ordering for just 3 tenders, 2 sides, and a biscuit. To make things worse, they left out one of the sides. I like their food, but I'm never returning to this location again.The guy packing the food didn't even bother calling out order numbers. He just packed the food and then put them on another counter behind him. WHY ARE YOU HIDING THE ORDERS? WHAT'S THE POINT OF NOT LETTING PEOPLE PICK UP THEIR FOOD?This isn't the first time either. The last time I came was during a busy time. Took 30 min for a 3-piece meal. Considering the limited variety of food served at Popeyes, the orders should be churning out quick. There was no waiting for food to be cooked. Everything was there and ready. It's the inefficiency of the staff that's the sole reason this location is such a nightmare to visit.
