yes people, THIS is my "chow mein" 99% vegetable. Never coming here again. Super unreliable
Should have taken photos but they literally gave us no food. Not even a full spoon of the entree. The rice was hard. Terrible. We ordered 2 bigger plates and a bowl. We went back and ordered a side of orange chicken even that wasnt full. Also a side of chow mein. It was hard also. hope more people complain. It was ridiculous!
I bought a plate, chow mein with grill teriyaki chicken and walnut shrimp. The shrimp was ok but the chow mein was horrible, the grill chicken bitter because they don't clean the burnt grill. All burn residue is on the chicken.
After driving an hour south from the Hudson Valley to reach this panda oasis, the orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp really satisfied. The express to impress!!!!!
Every time I order from uber eats it's an issue. They NEVER EVER send soy sauce. Or any sauce at all. Theres no option to add it. I always have to beg the driver to ask for some. I've called about the issue multiple times. Management always offers free food as though that can be redeemed through uber eats. And now when I order my food same issue and they gave me old burnt rice. It literally is in chunks. I'm over it!!!! My last time eating at any panda express thanks to this location.
Nasty i found hair in my food really nasty i speaks to the owner refuse refund me my money back was a broccoli whit a long hair becarfull rice have old taste owner offers a 10 dollar gift card but i don't want that nasty food not even for free
Good food at a great price. The crispy almond chicken is excellent. Order ahead as the line goes out the door.
I cannot believe the lack of panda in this state! It's a rare find here in NY! Open more in other towns/cities. This place was packed! Bathroom not clean nor any handsoap.
Very slow I ordered online to prevent the wait in the line this lil boy is serving everyone in the store before I get my order..I wish I could give this restaurant a zero star....there's so many workers in this place and ubtelling me they only have one server n ur suppose to take care of online order asap!!
Poor service and customer service, their getting consistent with that. Never follow directions, food is always cold or don’t taste like other panda food chains.
