The girls here are SO nice including the manager who goes above and beyond in terms of the customer service she provides. Her and her team are doing their best considering on-going chain supply shortages due to the impact of Covid. I LOVE coming here before and after a workout. I sometimes come in for a smoothie even on my off day. ?
Amy and Nay are amazing. They always know my order and have my smoothie ready for me before I even end my workout. Those two girls need a raise. My only issue is that the manager doesn't order the inventory on time so sometimes they run out of materials.
Always have the pre and post gym necessities.

The smoothie bar at La Fitness Yonkers location is the best thanks to Nay and Amy!! They have my smoothie ready sometimes even before I order it after my workout. They are the best duo because they have the smoothie recipe on lock it’s soo good everytime :)

One of the best places to get a smoothie! It’s located inside La fitness and you don’t need a membership to purchase items from them! They have meals, various drinks ( pre-workouts, waters, etc.) You can also purchase healthy snacks like no sugar candies and protein sweets and treats! They also have options that allow you to customize your own smoothie and even if you wanted, you can buy some of the proteins and pre-workouts they sell!!I would recommend those who do come here often to sign up for a prepaid with them. Depending on the money you put down you can get a free shake the day of and also 10% off for every purchase made in the future. Again it’s prepaid so you would have to refill it, when needed.Non the less, Customer service is amazing and all the workers have a great vibe! Some even remember the orders by heart or just have it ready for others! It’s truly a good place to go ??
Nrgize smoothies are one of the best smoothies I’ve ever tasted. Especially when nay and Amy make them there really good at there jobs. One drink I recommend the strawberry pineapple with oranges.
Shorty offers the best attention to the customers , not talking about the delicious made shakes fully recommended
