Used to go here every morning for nearly 10 years. New ownership is terrible, food is terrible, service is terrible. We all knew the quality would go down, but it’s an absolute horror show now.
I guess since they changed owners the new owners do not care about how they serve their food to their customers. I ordered food and it looked like they took it and just dumped it into there it was so greasy. Never going back to them again
The worst customer service ever! The workers will walk right pass you like your not supposed to be there. They change the prices all the time depending on who rings you up. I always have to wait 10 mins+ to get one bagel. The owner has no control, and the workers don’t care.
Gone here many times in the past, which was great. Seems like maybe new owners, waited 20 min for 2 bagel sandwiches paid 20 dollars to get them home and have the wrong sandwiches. Called to see if I could get the correct order but nobody picked up the phone. Don’t need to come back.
Not sure if there's new owners or what here but my last couple experiences have been terrible. Today takes the prize though. Went in and ordered a hobo sandwich on a hero. That sandwich consists of 3 eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, cheese and either home fries or has browns. I get home and open the wrapping and I have home fries on a hero that's it. So I call let them know I'll be coming back even tho it's inconvenient and get a new one I didn't ask for anything back just wanted the sandwich correct. Go back make the exchange was a little surprised they didn't offer a coffee or something for their mess up but whatever. Sooooo I get home open my sandwich and guess what? This time I got egg whites and tomatoes with home fries on a hero. Yes I know should have checked the second time. I call back again and this time I said I'll be coming in for a refund and anew sandwich ok? And the guy on the phone said no problem. I get to the deli and there is no sandwich made he just hands me my money and says I didn't hear you say another sandwich too and offers to make it right then I didn't have time to wait so I said eff it took my money and left. Even if I hadn't asked for another sandwich which I did you should want to make it right after making someone drive back and forth 3 times. Just terrible. Oh his excuse was the chef was in training and had given me the healthy hobo which isn't found anywhere on any menu.
this place used to be great ; seen so many faces and changes it’s not the same !!! takes a long time to even take my order was put on hold for 30 mins this place is going down … i used to love this place and the older gentlemen with the glasses was great !!!!! guess new management driving this place downhill
Asian gentleman with the glasses took my order. Ordered a B&E without cheese on the LAST plain bagel they had. Wasn't crowded yet either. 10 min later, people that arrived after me started getting their orders. I thought I was bugging.Cook comes out and announces my order, so I wait patiently for the gentleman who I ordered with, to ring me up. Instead I see the Younger Lady with red/brownish streaky hair pick up my order, open it up to check to see what it was, she takes it for someone that ordered with her and adds it along with the rest of the wrong order. Me seeing her go through the sandwich had me thinking it wasn't mine because she clearly saw what was on the sandwich, right?10 more min go by without me getting anything, along without seeing the gentleman who took my order. Cook comes out and i asked him what happened to my order, he acts like i'm speaking a different language, then finally asked me who did I order with, I told him who. He goes to the back where the other guy is HIDING. Cook comes back out tries to grab a WHOLE WHEAT bagel for my order. This all happened without them communicating a single word to me, as I had to sit here and put together what was going on. I told him no give me the egg everything.The fact that nobody said a word to me throughout this entire messed up experience just shows the professionalism of this place. Also my sandwich ended up being rushed, wasn't toasted properly, eggs were cooked sloppy, and bacon for sure wasn't re-grilled or even hot.I'm sure i'm in the minority, but that fact that I work in the food/service industry too, and 20min go by without communicating anything to me. And you hide in the back and come back out like nothing happened. And don't say a word to me lol. That's honestly ridiculous.
They never FAIL to forget Something with your order. They never forget to charge you, but they ALWAYSSSSS FORGET your Order. Definitely don't ever recommend calling for a delivery
We ordered from here every morning from my job. New owners have taken over & it just has turned very disappointing. They DO NOT listen to what you are ordering. They send us stuff however they like. They even charged my card for someone else's order. I got it taken care of because i had to leave work to go speak with the owner. We have them repeat back the order & it is still wrong when it gets here. Yes again we ordered this morning repeated & the order is still wrong. Do not order from here not worth it anymore!!
The bagels are great. This is a nice spot for breakfast/brunch. Its clean and seating is abundant
