I go here all the time the food is great however they can come off very rude & extremely emotionless at times almost like miserable robots making food but as time has progressed & they recognize my face they give me half smiles which is fine because honestly I’m there for the food not hospitality
This is the most terrible service I ever had in my life . I ask about me being overcharged and the driver told me that’s not my problem you can not make me wait to you figure it out that’s you and the man who took the orders problem then he caught even more of a attitude and took my food when I called the restaurant to tell them they hung up on me I hate ordering from Chinese restaurants already because they are the most rude ppl I have ever seen in general they do not like minorities which is funny because they get the most service from us. I have never had a pleasant experience ordering from Chinese I did so today because I was desperate at work and didn’t get to bring lunch but never again we need to stop supporting these nasty ppl they don’t even eat the food they serve us
This is the most disgusting food that I ever try, the people that works there is like they took orders wrong on purpose, any plate that is coming with garlic sauce, they fill it out with vegetables and literally a couple of miserable pieces of meat, the fried chicken is extremely dry, the French fries test like old oil... this food is extremely, extremely repugnant.
Extremely subpar service. I ordered three dishes: Garlic Sauce Chicken, Pepper Steak Beef, and Sesame Chicken, I walk home, and try to feed the family and the garlic used in the garlic sauce chicken was burnt. It tasted like I ate a mouth full of cigarette ash. I called to alert the business, and the lady from the front desk basically called me a liar. She is not the cook, she did not package the food, how would she know that. I told her "Look lady I'm not looking for a refund, I just wanted to tell you that the food was burnt, and I can't eat it." She replies with, "Oh, then I'm sorry." Absolutely ruined my appetite, I will never eat here again.

There something off about the food. Ever single time I've ordered from them their food always tasted like something was missing. Even the homemade Iced Tea didn't taste right. They need to take notes from ANY of the other chinese restaurants in the area.
New China House restaurant is the best! Always great customer service and always FRESH tasting food!!! Like I always say fresh food is what gets me to come back for more! I drive 1 1/2 hours just to get food from this business! I would have food from here everyday! Thats how good it is! I will always be a customer here.New China House Team.... I will see you soon!
