Surprisingly tasty burger, really good fries, awesome chili dog.
Vincent was very nice. He was respectful and gave very great service. My food comes out nice every time but when Vincent is there it is always the best. I give Nathan's 5 stars!
I'm from NJ and went early hungry and pregnant. I ordered a couple things and touched some dessert by the register and when I recieved my bag and got back in the car, the staff surprised me with sweet brownie treat. I didn't expect and they were very olive and welcoming so early in the morning even the manager was very warm and welcoming.
Nathan's was always a go-to from my childhood. Nathan's rebranding changed the menu and tripled the prices. The quality of the food has gone down. The continuing nationwide staff shortage means your drive-thru experience will age you. It is a shame. $11 for overcooked wings. Barely edible. SMDH
I was in the area and my husband asked to bring him something from Nathan's for dinner. I live about 40 miles away so I ordered 3 hot dogs, 2 fries and chicken tenders. The drive thru was long on this particular night so they probably had to prepare more items then they had on hand.I waited for the food in the lot and my mistake as I should have checked the bag before leaving but when the server named all of the items I ordered while handing me the bag, I just assumed everything was included. After spending over $30 on these items, I get home to discover that one of the hotdogs was not in the bag and the chicken tenders were horrible...not sure if they are beer battered but it was chewy and almost inedible.While I still like Nathan's, the chicken tenders I wouldn't order again.
We arrived at the establishment on a Friday about 2:00. When we walked in we were impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility. We went to the counter and ordered our meal with a service person that was extremely polite. After the order, we were told to go to our seat and were given a stand with a number so that the food could be delivered to our table. The food came in a timely manner and was delivered by the manager, Vinny, who was also polite and pleasant. We got up to add condiments to our hotdogs and the two women who were assigned to care for that area could not be more helpful. They both were pleasant and smiling and all the while constantly wiping down the area. Our visit was enjoyable, the food was delicious, and we will be back. Thank you for a nice afternoon lunch!
This is a really nice Nathan's Frank place, especially the manager, such a nice guy. My wife, me and our daughter placed our order but didn't ask for fries but he was nice and brought us an order anyway. He asked us, and all the customers dining in if everyone was ok, that's very good customer service!Very nice experience.
Thank You Nathan’s for being there for us, while we waited to be seen by a Dr. at PM Peds. It was a sudden visit to see the Dr. My child hasn’t eaten all day and Nathan’s carry food that my child will eat, from the hot dog to their shakes. Their food are made with love and passion . The staff are cool people, friendly and energetic. I had Vincent today, he kept on checking on me and other customers making sure if every thing was In Order or if any one Has needed anything. Their services was quick and fast. Very clean, staff will disinfect the area after each customers , their ordering system is high tech at their self ordering station. .
This Nathans is very clean and busy during lunch time. However, they have a nice easy set up in the front where you can be helped fast and you can even order digitally and the food will be taken to yourvtable of choice. I had a real nice cashier and she have me options and was very polite. She was bilingual and spoke Spanish. I enjoyed my food it was great and the serving of frenchfries with cheese was perfect. Though I missed the old place that they had years ago, it used to have an arcade room. Though this place is smaller, they still got it with the great food! And as for the manager Vinny thank you for your hospitality. Def we'll come again.
