Absolutely completely unprofessional service. Whoever Michael is, he is a complete unprofessional. TEXTING customers- are you kidding me? Then when I call back to confirm an order has been cancelled after he said he fulfilled it (without any of the additional items I requested by the way... so. NOT fulfilled but ok) he actually YELLED at me on the phone. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Do not waste your time with these people. Outrageous.
