This is the nearest McDonalds to where we live. The food is always hot and fresh but the line is always long, they always forget something we ordered and you usually have to wait on the side for particulars items if it's extremely busy. Best to go late at night, avoid during lunch hours if in a rush and best to enter from the same side of the drivethru otherwise you will get skipped constantly waiting for someone to let you in.
It seems like they don’t know how to count. I asked for extra pickles on my crispy sandwich and I got 1, I also asked for extra whipped on my frappe and I got lest them normal. If they don’t like their job work somewhere else. If I’m paying for a service I want it done right
This location is in a horrible spot however I get it in New York everything is crowded. Food was hot and fresh. Besides that the drive thru moved at ok pace however the guy wanted us to pull forward for two cokes after giving us our hot food??♀️??♀️. We were like really who did that??.
Too small. I wanted to dine in but only had like 2 tables and a bar type section. 1 McDonald's worker was using a bar seat and another worker wad sitting in a table while there was like 4 customers standing eating. Food is good space is bad and workers taking up seats is the worst
The store employees have a horrible attitude with us when they messed up our order. We ordered our order through Uber and the order was placed correctly and everything was good until our delivery came. When our delivery arrived we noticed the store put the wrong sticker on the wrong bag and we received a completely different order. The Uber app had nothing to do with our order it was the stores fault and when I called to contact them they gave the nastiest attitude and screamed through the phone when i was politely explaining to them that they had messed up the order which would be affecting me and whoever’s order i received. Not recommended to order from this Mcdonald’s.
The staff is rude, they mess up orders regularly even if ordered through the app, and undercook the fries so you're eating raw potato. Worth avoiding if you have a better option.
Drive thru is usually pretty efficient. Although, been there enough times when they're out of sweet tea or their frappe machine is out of service.
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I would give you a 0 but that’s not possible so I give you a 1. I’m traveling with my family and they caught such an ugly disgusting attitude for no reason, I was literally just trying to order my food . They didn’t care to listen to what we had to say and shut the window in our faces, everyone including the manger was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.My nephew had to sit there and witness this atrocity . The biggest thing was them speaking in Spanish Infront of us like we couldn’t understand, it just made us feel very unsafe . I’m so disappointed in their customer service, they definitely need better attitudes and better leadership.I will be praying for them .
Asked for no pickels and extra onions. They instead gave me no onions and a mountain of pickels. Apparently they can't read.
Service is good and relatively quick. The only head ache can be when you get stuck in the main road of constant traffic waiting on the line for the drive thru
