Staff members constantly forget several food items every time I go to this McDonald’s so make sure to always double check your food items in the bags.
This restaurant did not have the dining room open at 5AM like stated on the door. My wife waited home until 5:45AM to walk to this location to order in the dinning room, as the neighborhood is bad and I feel unsafe ordering at the window outside. The woman at the window was very rude to me and also did not give me my receipt. I had to ask three times for my receipt after my debit card was throw on the counter and she walked away. In addition, my receipt improperly reflects what I actually ordered which is not fair to the restaurant owner as it does not account for what was actually served. I ordered two sausage McGriddles and a sausage McMuffin, and chicken McGriddle. The worker put two sausage McMuffins on the receipt. It is sloppy, lazy and lacking integrity.
All I asked for was a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with the meal. Very disappointed…
What-A-Joke! I call, they actually pick up the phone, don’t answer and leave the phone off the hook. It’s been 30 minutes and the phone is still off the hook. The owner needs to condemn this location, fire every employee and start fresh. Dirty bum beggers 24/7! Get out of here with that!
They aren't 24 hours. Ever. They always cry there system is down or whatever excuse they make from 2am to 5am. (For the last 6 months)For a place that sells microwave food, spend time at taco truck or 7/11
Order a couple of times ask no salt in FF, they don't care they give me salty FF. Burger tasted old and bread hard.+ line is super long and an top of that delivery are ollover. No stars.

Order was wrong. Staff was unorganized and too busy going back and forth to keep things moving. Would have gone through drive thru, but traffic was backed out onto Broadway. I always regret going here!
