This place is really good with AWESOME service. My mask broke while I was there and an employee handed me a new one which was super nice.They have fresh baked goods which taste great. Their bagel sandwich options might be lacking but the ones they have are really well made. Reasonably priced and quite delicious.I also got a fresh baked croissant with Nutella which was divine. Definitely worth a visit.
Friendly service. So helpful. I didn’t get his name but I stopped in with my two daughters and he suggested teas for us and (soup )they were delicious. Thank you!
Great service, great variety
Coffee was super good. Bagels were also very good, but the sandwiches could have more cheese. Overall, I would definitely go back for a quick breakfast.
Save yourself the headache! This place sucks. Mike step it up! Bad customer service. Unbelievable for $20 delivery. Why even pay for lox when only one egg and salad was delivered. This is unacceptable! Don’t recommend. A joke and waste of money.
As a multi-business owner that knows how businesses should function, If I can give negative stars I would! Terrible customer service skills from what seems to be the supervisor/owner (Johnny I believe).We walked in a great mood to get some lunch, two other employees that were working behind the counter were friendly, we ordered some coffee, and 2 sandwiches from the menu, but asked to substitute the cheese in the sandwiches to another type of cheese. Johnny, very rudely pops up and said “different cheese? why are you changing around my menu?”…… I thought it was a joke, but sadly, he was serious! He was making little comments, huffing and puffing the whole time. We ordered to go, and had already paid, so we decided to just wait for our food. When I got home I took a bite outta my sandwich I realized that he did not even substitute the cheese like I asked, so I did not eat it. The whole experience with him was lacking basic service skills. Needless to say, that I will NOT be returning!
My partner and I have been going their for last 3 years and we love going for breakfast. Very nice people and food is great.

Lovely place but the supervisor was very snotty and irritated when asking for things added to your salad. I didn't care for the irritated response
I work in a nursing home and Mike at bagel manor is the man!! Anytime I need a last minute breakfast catering order for my staff, he always pull through with such professionalism and amazing dishes!!! Keep up the good work!!!
