I’m tired of the same thing. Every time I order food from this place the restaurant tells me the exact price, but when the delivery driver drops it off he tells me a different price ( charges $5 or more sometimes) and the delivery is free, I let it slide the first time but it keeps happening and i seen it happen to other customers as well. ????????????
I really wish I could give this place 0 stars NEVER ORDER FROM HERE I asked for chicken wings with French fries with BBQ SAUCE it came with sweetAnd sour sauce the fries are soggy as hell !! And when we asked for a refund the lady that takes orders hung up on us 4 times and was very rude told us to call the delivery guy to get our money the delivery guy then said we have to go to the store physically but we got a delivery! Then hung up again NEVER ORDER FROM HERE THERE FOOD IS DISGUSTING THERE NOT SANITARY AND THERE RUDE
This place is horrible. The food was really bad and I repeated my order multiple times and they still managed to not send me what I asked for. First and last time I order from here.
I was going to try this place today, but when I asked the woman behind the counter if they serve REAL chicken breast meat in their chicken and broccoli, she looked me dead in the eye and said NO! and the expression on her face was like I was crazy for asking, like I should've known that they were really selling rat and mice!!. Like it would be strange for them to actually serve what they should be serving. I will never try this place, or any other in Yonkers, they all seem to serve the same fake rubbery, mouse/rat meat, goodbye forever Chinese food, you use to be good! about 20 years ago!!
They are rude especially the lady she doesn't listen hangs up phone on you very very rude and disrespectful they are very rude in that restaurant other than that their food is good and the delivery guy is a thief he is a criminal always overcharging so I've stopped asking for delivery I go in the store myself beware of the delivery guy and that rude lady in the store thank you
This place is a DUB!!! They hung up on us 8 times than the lady was getting annoyed and my chicken and broccoli has no sauce left due to poor packaging.. Gordon Ramsey would be disappointed.
Lady that always picks up the phone decides to stop delivering to my address after they’ve been delivering to me for months now. Terrible customer service. Don’t recommend at all.
Food is good and prices are excellent. They need to make sure delivery food is hot and fresh plus same price that they say on phone.
Customer Service is horrible. They don’t listen to you and love to argue with you. The driver is rude asl and always tries to take more money than he should. Makes me not want to deal with them.
Best Chinese food in New York hands down
