0 stars. This location mind as well be shut down or hire new staff. I visited the location today and had a bad experience. Cynthia, the only cashier is rude. Stay home if you go to work miserable with a nasty attitude. She acts how her appearance is. She should be fired immediately. She doesn’t need a job I see. You never know who people are and who they know. I will do everything until she’s fired.
Polite management, clean restaurant area. Nice help.This KFC on Central Avenue has been here for about 45 years maybe longer. This is definitely a place on Central Avenue in North East Yonkers that everybody knows and loves when they want chicken and all the trimmings that go with it. Whether you take out or eat in, you always get a consistent meal. Over the years, I've never had a bad experience here or food that wasn't up to par. Extra crispy is always on my menu. So those of you who are in the neighborhood or those just passing through, please don't forget that we have a really great KFC for all to enjoy.
Chicken pieces were tiny and it really was that greatEmpty so not a lot of customers when I was there
Older version of KFC. Just one register so the line gets kind of slow. They just open a dining room back up but it's in need of updating. Seats are ripped. Tables are cracked. Staff is friendly and they move in as fast as possible but they're limited by just having one cashier
Food is good, however, focused concentration management is required.
BEYOND NUGGETS ARE DISGUSTING! They were soft for the first 5 minutes of buying, once they dropped in temperature, they got rubbery, literally like rubber!
Absolute horrible service. Cynthia, the cashier, has the worst attitude. She seems unhappy with her job, takes the wrong orders, can’t seem to respond to a question on a civilized manner; just overall worst customer service I have ever seen. On top of that the manager enables her behavior instead of correcting and doing her job. Do not recommend.
No more buying from kfc , very expensive!!!the last time I bought it for my daughter it was too oily and some Pieces were uncooked
Location hasn't aged especially well, and surfaces just don't look especially appealing. It's nice they have parking though.Food and service are exactly what you expect from KFC, but on the upside they have a very good fountain and clearly keep it clean - the soda tastes fresh and clean.Beyond that you know exactly what you are getting with KFC, this one can get pretty busy during peak times and the wait can be a couple mins.
Needs to improve this place. Needs renovation and recently i have seen new faces which is a good sign for this business
