It's okay as a fast food place. Each time we order a pot pie, they say they have to check if they have one. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Otherwise, they just don't seem to be interested in customer experience.
Two young ladies that work there are fabulous. Great service and very friendly.
First of all the whole store is run down and the workers deserve better the soda machine is absolutely disgusting I wouldn't touch it with somebody else's mouth and worst of all at the time the food isn't fresh it's under heat lamp when it's fresh it's great but it's hardly ever and now I just went in there and they told me they're not accepting cash only debit and we're way past the pandemic here and I believe it's because they have no change which is ridiculous in its own right caches at the end of the day accepted everywhere not a lot of people have debit cards there's plenty of people who don't I'm on my lunch break and I just wasted a half an hour and I'm not even going to get it horrible the workers are great I feel bad they have to work in such a slop house cuz it really is it's disgusting in there it has a horrible smell hasn't been renovated since I was a kid and I'm 37
Service has become s but quicker since they hired staff. For convenience, I place ny order on Grubhub but it's so annoying that I have to wait until I arrive to be told they are out of something.
When you see the supervisor that’s when you know the rest of the staff needs help. Why is this man Mr. Carl moving like he has all the time in the world. People have places to go and it’s taken 20min to pick up a mobile order once I arrived. Ridiculous.
This place is the worst KFC ever. Very dirty place, short staffed (we all know why), but I bet management or the owner don’t care at all. The cashier was making food, putting it in buckets, making fries while touching money and cups… you name it! Again, maybe it’s not her fault but owners shouldn’t get away with this stuff at all!!!!!Food was cold, order was delayed even tho I ordered on the app and it was delayed by 30 minutes. And of course the item that I was waiting for based on them (fries) didn’t make it to the bag. Try to call the place and the phone is on busy signal all the times. Do not order from this location, and KFC should go out and inspect them.To make it even better, I will be submitting a former complaint to the health department here in Yonkers.Don’t get me wrong, I feel bad for the workers there. But if they voice it or maybe demand better pay or better standing, or even leave…..the owner will quickly understand why he should hire more people and pay them better to maintain a food place!
Terrible service. Watched 3 people receive their order before mine eventually I declined food and asked for a refund. Manager is highly unprofessional constantly complaining to his other coworkers
You go to kfc for chicken. Imagine go home and there is no chicken in the bag. This has happened twice. Just drive the extra 15 mins cause this place should be shut all the way down. There's always a problem
PLEASE DONT GO HERE!I personally feel bad for the employees that work here because it’s ridiculous with what they have to go through. They’re so short staffed it’s ridiculous. People wait almost 40 mins for there food.I ordered today while I was in white plains to pickup my food ( normally I go in person and they take awhile so I preordered online). Order placed at 6:08. Estimated time to pickup,6:12. I got there late and it was 6:36, and my food had not even started to be prepared. There was two girls there trying to do the best they could and two other gentlemen I think cooking everything, and I feel sorry for them. A gentleman wanted to pay in cash while I waited for my food to be prepared, and the girl had no change in the register. I understand things happen but this place is awful. Please DO NOT go here.
Ordered in advance and it still took nearly an hour for them to prepare the order. Additionally, they forgot to give me the soda I ordered and the dipping sauces I paid to receive. As a school, we are very upset this went so badly; we had hoped to continue using this location as KFC is a student favorite. But this went so badly, we will explore several other options before we order from KFC again.
