So freakin good.. I just realized that the gravey was ment for the chicken...you have to pour the gravey on the mashed potatoes and chicken.. it's the bomb!! Finger licking good ? !!
Worst location ever and also the employees needa background check cuz when I ordered on Uber it said it was ready to pickup but the driver had to stay for them to make the order those staffs are uneducated and Lazy
WoW this is the worst KFC I have ever attended. They need a zero star or negative star system for places like this. OK lets go thru the food. Had original chicken. Yes we know this is greasy chicken but no grease. Wow did a miracle happen. Nope the first step of disappointment. DAY OLD chicken. Yes you read that correctly. Next the so-called fried to order sandwich. It wasn't fried fresh also old sandwich. Now the sides. Mac & cheese dry dry dry... And low on the flavor. Don't even wish to think how old. Coleslaw also dry. Thought it was supposed to have some form of juice. The drinks were so so. Low on the fizz. But wasn't expecting nothing special there. The biscuit was under cooked and powdery. So there you have it folks the worst KFC to date...
This is one of the worst, they take hours to serve u a simple meal, there is about 3 workers doing drive through and in-house cashier. This is terrible
Staffs are very well educated, polite and respectful; good professionalism serving.
I ordered on GrubHub and the driver was very fast which was amazing I was missing coleslaw and when I called KFC to let them know that I was missing it they told me to call the driver I did not have the drivers phone number so I called the establishment back so that maybe I can go over there and pick it up myself the lady on the phone was very nasty very rude she told me just call GrubHub and get your refund but she’s not giving it to me if I go over there I told her that this was not the drivers fault this was KFC‘s fault he does not pack the bag she resumes to tell me that’s not her problem curses at me and then hangs up the phone how unprofessional I am so disgusted I will never order from them again I do not even know how they have business with how they treat their customers If I could give no stars I would beware of this establishment they should be shut down with how unprofessional they are

Not many places open to grab a bite to eat after a certain time but you can count on KFC near main street in downtown Yonkers to save the night.
This probably has to be the worst kfc ever… I went thru the drive thru and since I couldn’t hear the loud speaker i skipped to the window. The female employee… i dont know her name but she’s a little heavy setted, tall, dark but has blonde hair she legit told me to go back around because everyone else heard her but me… like what? ? I simply left to the one on 1229 Nep… that place is way better and cleaner.**Update… literally same girl and she did it again. Very dismissive, rude and unprofessional. If she doesn’t like her job just say that.
Rude is an understatement. Never met a more ruder staff… the drive thru lady.
